Stopped by this Olive Garden as our son wanted to eat there on a recent visit to see him. First time I have been to an Olive Garden in years! Started off with the endless breadsticks and a side of five-cheese marina dipping sauce. Pretty tasty and we ended up going through a few refills on both. I had the Tour of Italy. Fettucine Alfredo, Chicken Parm and Lasagna. Large amount of food for me, but overall pretty good. I especially liked the Fettucine Alfredo, pretty good sauce. My son had the "Create your own Pasta". Tonight's choice was spaghetti with marina sauce and grilled chicken. He orders it every time he comes. The Ms. ordered Chicken Parm with a side of spaghetti and sauce. She enjoyed it and thought the Chicken Parm was tasty and moist. Our server was Laura M. and she was excellent. Even though they were mildly busy, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She was engaged with our table and very knowledgeable on the menu. Fantastic job. Overall a great experience and we shall return the next time we are in the area. Enjoy!

The food was delicious. I have only tried the spaghetti and meat sauce with chicken gnocchi soup and bread sticks. Oh I have tried the salad. I didn't have the salad tonight though. It is a very nice restaurant. It has a lot of room and a lot of parking but apparently not enough. They are so busy that they actually do need more parking. Sometimes there are a wait because of them being so busy especially on weekends. They do have a lot of employees and they do all stay busy. So far everyone has been very nice and courteous. They have high chairs and kids menu. There is a bar. They do offer draft beer and wine. They also serve coffee. They have different kinds of appetizers, soups, salads, and pasta. They have public restrooms as well. They offer dine in or carry out and curbside service. They have handicapped parking and wheel chair accessibility.

My wife & I were a bit hungry after a day of golf playing 18 holes at Highland Walk in Royston Ga., so we stopped in Anderson SC to get a bite to eat before heading home to Greenwood. I had the all you can eat soup, salad and bread with a side of Calamari. My sweetheart wanted the spinach & artichoke dip. Oh man it was so good. I chose the chicken gnocchi soup, uh, I wish I lived in Anderson, so I could go by here once a week to get this all over again. I LOVED the chicken gnocchi soup, 3 bowls & asked if I could get 3 more to go...joking of course! Still, I don't know what happened to me, must of been all that delicious food šŸ˜‹, but we will be back.

Does not deserve the one-star. Our server was sweet but kinda difficult to understand as she couldn't understand us either. My sister-in-law had brought in a pizza for our girls ( my nephew and niece were there also with their daughters) girl sit down to eat their Pizza and got no order taken server brung out one plate for the girls to put their Pizza on and next thing we know manager comes over and tells us we could not bring outside food in due to d* regulations but we looked over at the next table and the head outside food also and she said nothing to them at all our breadsticks were hard my nephew asked for cheese on his salad but my sister-in-law didn't want cheese on hers the server put her salad on her plate but when she got to my nephew she grated the cheese on his plate instead of on his salad my youngest went ahead and ordered the kids spaghetti with meat sauce came out very greasy she could not eat it my niece had took her wedding set off to put hand sanitizer on her hands the server came and took up the menus with her wedding set on there wedding band fell on the floor we could not find her engagement ring which was very expensive we were hunting everywhere for it another table was helping us up for it also ask the server several times cuz she could barely understand us did they find any engagement ring he's kept saying his wife lost her ring and it was on the menu she was like oh you want to order something off the menu he kept telling her no he needed the ring and he would point to his finger showing you know ring so as we were talking about you know how we had to find a string cuz it's very important to both of them and expensive she heard us talking about it then she come back over directed towards the table that was helping us home for the ring and asked her did you lose a ring instead of asking my nephew that went straight up to her and asked her about the ring and she was like yeah they lost the ring I didn't lose the ring and then that same manager came back over I was like oh yeah we was holding on to the ring thinking somebody might want to come and claim it after we have been hunting for for over 30 minutes probably a little longer than that this place they have went downhill all together didn't get refills on drinks nothing will not...

My wife and I continued to support your Business through out the pandemic. We have noticed a decline in service and food quality. We liked the old way when you offered wine sample waiters and waitresses would take the time to offer menu options. It seems that your staff don’t care or not properly trained. Tonight was the deciding factor that we will not return to your restaurant. Three days ago we stopped for lunch soup & salad. The waitress was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Trying to do a good job but forgetting everything. Example I ordered unsweetened tea. It came sweet. Called her to the table seemed frustrated that she had to exchange it. Asked for a refill half way through lunch sweet tea again. Call her back to the table. Told her unsweetened tea. Please put it in a to go cup. She returned guess what that was also sweet tea. Never asked if we wanted ground cheese on any thing. Then Second order of soup just put it on the table and disappeared never asking if we wanted cheese on our 2nd’s. Tonight this waitress had a attitude from the time she arrived at the table. From taking the drink order to food order. The salad was swimming in dressing hardly anything in the bowel. Asked if we wanted cheese was standing so from away like we had the plague. Did a half crank couple flakes that was it. Never came back to the table to ask for drink refills. Or another salad. Our dinner was brought out by someone else. My lasagna was Burt dried out and hardly any sauce at all. My wife had spaghetti and sausage. It was all flopped to one side of the plate ready to fall out. Hardly any meat sauce. Bread sticks were cold like she brought left over from someone else’s table. There were four people across from us. They were young two men and two women. One guy appears to be drunk. Stole the cheese grater had it hanging in his shirt pocket talking very loud disturbing other customers. It looked as 2 or 3 waitresses were taking care of that table Catering to them. Our waitress never returned to our table. We used the quiche at the table to pay and left. No mints no how was every thing no manager to ask how thing were. Your doors will not remain open long...

We got a table fairly quick on Sunday afternoon, the server was quick to greet us and get our drinks. Our food came fairly quick, and tasted great. At this point our server must of gotten really busy because we didn't see her again until she came to give us the check. I was a server for many years so I understand good service versus someone just writing down your order and bringing it from the kitchen. A pet peeve of mine is when they bring the food and start auctioning off plates, "who had the...??? Nobody really remembers, plates get passed to the wrong people, everyone has to trade, people are confused about if their order is right, it's just a mess and it's unprofessional. There is a way you can write the order down and assign it to specific seats on the ticket so when you bring the food you can look and see what goes to who. I'm not trying to knit pick here but it's little things like that, and like when you first greet a table, introduce yourself and let the people know what specials or promotions are going on and most importantly, drinks. When you see glasses half full, just automatically bring another. You don't need to interrupt the customers conversation to ask, just by a rule of thumb if you see half empty glasses refill them but certainly don't let them run empty and never check back. And last but not least nobody likes to have to hunt their server down for the bill and find out she forgot to put in the to go order. Had she of checked back after the food came we could of reminded her much sooner, all this being said we actually had a very nice lunch paid for by my teenage daughter so I am not complaining at all, these are just a few tips for...
