Bojangles — Restaurant in South Carolina

Okay so I normally love Bojangles but I will not be returning to this one. I've been there on three occasions and there were things that really upset me.

Drive through cashier seem to not like her job and was so disrespectful that I asked for my money back and to cancel my order. She was young and I hope she grows professionally.

Went in the store knoticed that majority of the employees were lounging around in the dining area. Another employee walked out the bathroom coughing as if he had some kind of illness. I thought once he got behind the counter he would wash his hands and ask if he could help me. But to my surprise he did not wash his hand and continued to cough and fix his own self a plate. After he fixed his plate he went to sit in the dinning are to eat. Meanwhile I'm in shock and still haven't recieved any customer service. I left in anger and went to another restaurant to eat.

Yesterday my wife brought home a family box and once she opened it up to fix our plates, she realized that she was giving the total opposite of what she asked for with the chicken. The chicken tasted as if it was from earlier in the day or the day before.

As I stated earlier my family and I will not be returning to the CLEMSON...

Really good rice!! Love the Cajun chicken Biscuits and Chicken Supreme tenders!! The honey mustard is amazing. Service is great inside..The drive thru service is kinda pushy and rude!! They are not in a hurry to get you on your way...Long waiting...Very slow. 😶🐢...Its faster to go inside to order. Some people just don't like their jobs!! TIP: Just make sure your order is correct b4 you leave if you are ordering from the drive thru area bc I have gotten the wrong food so many times and it is very frustrating when I get home and I have someone else's order. Its usually belongs to the person who ordered behind me. Then everyone's orders are not right. So just make sure your order is correct if its a big order. Meaning more than one combo item is ordered. I come to Bojangles almost every Saturday or Sunday mornings for Breakfast. My oldest son 💙's his bo time bacon 🥓, egg 🥚 and cheese 🧀 biscuit combo with sweet tea when he comes to spend the weekend with us. So it has become a tradition for our family to have Bojangles on the weekends for breakfast! And I would love to keep that going with our orders being correct at...

Placed an order on Bojangles.com to this location because it’s the closest to me. After paying for my order I was prompted to pick it up either by going through the drive thru or going in & that it would be ready at 5:55. Arrived around 5:50. The doors were locked so went to the drive thru and was told by the manager, Candice, that they were closed. We explained that we had placed & paid the order on line. She told us there wasn’t anything she could do and that I would have to go back online & request a refund. We then ask for a contact number for Corporate or area Manager and was told she had no numbers. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online or in person for this location. Very rude, unhelpful and very...
