Arctic Creamery — Restaurant in Sandy Springs

Waited over 15 mins for this place to open when it says they open at 2pm… chairs still on the tables, no lights on or anything. Probably won’t be back. We enjoy their ice cream when they decide to run their business. Brusters is always open when they are supposed to be! I’d suggest updating your hours if you don’t plan to be there 🤪

Edited to add: We have no problems with your business hours! We waited in our vehicles waiting for the lights to come on or the open sign to turn on which we didn’t see. We drove by the window as we were leaving to see if we saw anyone inside, and we didn’t. So again, no hate to your business hours.. I was just saying. We didn’t wanna get the kids out and walk up just for yall to be closed wnd the door locked which it clearly looked...

My daughter has celiacs disease and therefore has never been able to enjoy a visit to an ice cream shop in her 6 years of life. Tragedy for a child. But today she was able to visit these fine people and they were FULLY trained and familiar with her dietary restrictions and for the first time in her life she was fully SEEN!! as a child with a serious allergy to gluten, she has always had to miss out on the sweets that so many of us remember enjoying as children. And today these fine people made all her dreams come true!! Friendly service and knowledgeable staff. We will Def be customers for life!! Now my baby girl can enjoy the same treats as her siblings on a hot summer day!! Thanks to this awesome place! Keep it up!! We will sing your praises...

Absolutely phenomenal!! My daughter is about to turn 7 and has never been to an ice cream shop due to having Celiacs disease. Living in anderson there aren’t many options. I happened upon them on the Find Me Gluten Free app. They took special care to wash their utensils and even got her toppings from the back to prevent cross contamination. The owner was great to tell me about where the ice cream was manufactured as well. My daughter was thrilled to enjoy some fancy ice cream in her eyes. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for...
