I truly can’t say enough about this place! The food is ALWAYS on point (we’ve eaten here 10+ times) and the owner is a very kind and caring gentleman. My favorite plate there is by far the salmon. Who would have thought the best salmon I ever had would come from a pizza joint? But it does! The owner told us that he and his wife worked hard to perfect the food options with their own unique recipes (and the love they put into it show). Side note: this is a family ran/operated place. The menu is customized by them and all the ingredients are fresh never frozen. They even get fresh salmon and cut their own filets from it. The cheese quality is not the basic cheese, but special high quality cheese (this you can taste on the pizzas). Another favorite of ours is the spin out! Oh man, talk about yummy! If you’re not a fan of spicy foods, this may not be for you but I think it’s the perfect blend of spice and flavor! The atmosphere is calm and dim lit and the music choice is alway favorable for family. I’d like to share a little story about the last time we went. My children are homeschooled so we often go there early. One day we showed up at 10:30 (they open at 11:00 but I didn’t realize it was only 10:30). We walked up to the door and the owner came out, greeting us. He let us know they didn’t open for 30 more minutes but we were welcomed to come on in and make ourselves at home and he’d go ahead and start up the brick oven if we didn’t mind it taking a few more minutes to preheat. Such a kind gesture! He talked with my kids and they discussed being homeschooled. He talked to them about running a business and the work behind being an entrepreneur as well as the benefits. This man was obviously busy but he didn’t hesitate to make us feel welcomed, and even took the time to share some of his personal experiences with my girls. He may not know how much those moments meant to us but he wasn’t doing it for any grand gesture. He was doing this because he loves his business and he truly cares about his customers. Businesses like this don’t get nearly the recognition they deserve for being so wonderful and blessing our communities with all they have to offer. If you haven’t given this place a try, you’re missing out! And if you’re looking for the best salmon you’ve ever had, here it is! 5 stars is less than...

UPDATE 6/28/2025 I was convinced that this place would be a good idea to bring friends and I was right. They loved it, too. To test consistency of taste, portion size, and heat to table, and so boxes were checked. I am very happy to bring my friends and they will be back as well.

My friends had pizza and my wife switched to a vegetable pesto with angel hair pasta. I tasted all of theirs and was happy with the above criteria. The food was so hot they couldn't even eat it because they burned their tongue. Ha!

Check the pictures and the prior review for more...

FIRST REVIEW Great option for pasta and salad. The next time I'll have the pizza since it is wood-fired and the aroma of food and wood was awesome!

I had the Chip Chick pasta with my choice of pasta. I chose fettuccine. The food came out piping hot (which, if you've seen my other reviews you'll know that's a big requirement for me), the chipotle cream sauce was very good (made better by adding Parmesan and red pepper flakes), and the chicken was perfectly tender and seasoned. Fresh brick oven bread was provided with seasoned oil which made sopping the sauce extra special. I ordered the large portion and took half home. Excellent!

My wife had a beet salad and greens with a lemon vinaigrette (which she felt was too lemony, but I know she doesn't do well with sour). She would've also liked to have more quinoa to balance the salad, but was a good choice overall. She, too, loved the bread, which we asked for some extra to take home. The waitress was happy to, even though these days, you ask for wondering and are usually greeted with a scowl.

The waitress was very attentive and friendly and the staff generally seemed happy to be at work and got along, making for a stress free meal.

The only negative for me was that it was 81° in the restaurant which was uncomfortable.

Recommendation: you must...

1st and foremost, The owner (Not Manager) is on site, personally preparing dishes and running the brick oven himself nearly every time I’ve visited there at least once a week for an entire year. The staff is great, the atmosphere is not too noisy and the music selection which is 60’s 70’s and 80’s pop/classic rock is fantastic for my taste at least. This is not a chain restaurant although I hope it will be one day because I’d like to see the owner succeed as you can tell his passion for customer service and final product. 2nd, I’ve tried every pizza on the menu and there is no favorite one as all of them have their own distinct taste and I would recommend try all of them because you won’t be disappointed in any of them. My wife typically gets the Amazeball appetizer and loves it. The deconstructed Shepard’s pie is second to none and the London broil in the Shepard’s pie is well made. You can order the pasta dishes in half size for one or full size for 2. It is enough for 2 people for one price. Finally, there are other brick oven pizza restaurants (as well as traditional pizza chains) that I have tried and from what I have experienced is that these other places are more about quantity over quality. Meaning they just want to have people lined up and served as rapidly as possible which leads to inconsistency in the product being served. At full circle cafe you watch the entire process, you can see each dish being made and each dish/pizza is meticulously crafted and prepared with care with fresh ingredients. It is the same result every single time. The only complaint I have is that I’ve asked the owner on a couple of occasions to no resolve is to place the amazeball sub on the menu! I’d literally pay any amount for it! This Italian/ Brick oven/ pizza restaurant is by far the best in the upstate, you won’t be...

On November 23, 2019, I went to the Full Circle Café in Anderson, SC. I live in Atlanta, GA and the café was referred to me by a very good friend. Despite the 127 miles drive to Anderson, my curiosity got the best of me and had to go take a look-see. I was not disappointed! The restaurant is located on the side of the building, just off the main road, and once you enter the parking lot, you can’t miss that wonderful smoky aroma coming from the wood-fire oven. I was welcomed by the hostess and waitress as I entered the door and had ice water and warm bread and dip within seconds from being seated. The dining area was dimly lit, warm from the wood-fire oven, and cozy; there is a perfect view of the Michigan Football game playing on the flat screen from any angle in the restaurant too. I ordered, what has to be, the best Shepard’s Pie I have ever had in my life. Absolutely delicious! It was the perfect combination of potatoes, peas, tender beef, seasonings and then cooked in the wood-fire oven to give it that smoky scent and flavoring. The secret is in that wood-fire oven for sure! I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Holy Cannoli Double Brownie Stack… it is so good. Thank you Ernie and Nicole for an awesome meal that made my ride home pleasant. I will be back for the pizza.
