Burger King — Restaurant in South Carolina

The staff is very kind and very nice don’t get me wrong I appreciate the great customer service however I can’t even count how many times someone who has taken my order has messed it up. On various occasion’s. I honestly have avoided this location due to the fact of my order getting messed up or missing items.

I’m not exaggerating. My family and I have an inside joke that we know if we go to this location something is bound to be messed up. Which is understandable the first or second time but come on this is every time it’s something.

Its fast food for a reason I get but at least get the order down before asking me “is that it?” I get rushed after I say an item on the menu it’s very frustrating and annoying to say the least.

The employee is too busy getting the order finished that they forget to listen to what was ordered and end up not putting all the purchases items in the bag (forgetting items that were paid for and ordered)or simply doing something completely unrelated to what the customer ordered for example I ordered a whopper with no sauce.

I should have known better to check before pulling out the drive through but I shouldn’t have to do this every time I decide to visit this location. I was given two buns and a patty. All I could do was laugh.

I definitely know that nothing will be done about this however I hope for new customers thinking of eating here good luck getting what you paid for because they may forget to give it to you or simply give you two buns and a patty when you ask...

So I wouldn't grub hub from them if I were any of you. We ordered a couple whoppers, not hard, which I know since I've worked there. Instead of making them, they had a driver sit in the parking lot while they delayed it an hour and a half. Good thing grub hub does refunds over clowns like this.

After calling through to grub hub, gub hub called these guys. These guys fed the grub hub dude a line about not knowing they were in contract with grub hub, which grub hub informed them that they indeed were in contract. They hung up immediately. These people are too lazy to make your food to trust them to make it accurately. I'd give them no stars but you can't leave a review...

I am not for sure if this one is cherrydale,or travelers rest....love cherrydale,always helful.travelers rest now that is a different story.sent a message for the g.m. to call me bc we went and waited for our food(thinking they were cooking it)cooking it was the operative word bc no joke we ordered two small cheeseburgers and a fry.the bread on the burger was so dang hard it went in the garbage ,the meat not good,and the employees were playing around way too much I just knew someone was gonna get hurt.have yet to hear back...
