Paid for 4 sauces got 0. Spent over $65 on a delivery to feed 8, 6 of those being children. Called to advise of this and told them my husband would pick it but because their GM Gavin is a child and completely unprofessional, I got a refund. I did NOT order thru door dash but because they contract out with door dash they pass the buck and expect u to call them, then door dash. ... I had 6 kids who could see pizza boxes and were waiting on their lunch... I didn't have time for that. I don't work for little Caesars and that is who I ordered from. Why should I have to take time out of my busy day to correct lil Cesar's mistake ?? But when I told him that I didn't have time , I would just send my husband to pick up the sauces we PAID for (door dash won't send them, they just refund) he hung up on me. That level of unprofessionalism from a GM of all ppl is completely confounding. Don't expect absolutely any level of customer service from ANY staff there since ppl learn by example and they have a GM who has obviously NEVER had any level of customer service training. Read moreWent for a Cheese pizza. It was a 20 minute wait. I got the pepperoni instead. The crust was still frozen. Terrible terrible experience did I mention the whole thing was terrible?!? I recommend never going there!! The people were nice. But, horrible food!! I threw it away. The $8 was worth throwing away!! Very disappointed, and no I don’t want a reply back from them. I will never go and highly recommend everyone to NOT go there!!
I returned the pizza and was offered a full refund. It was very sarcastic! “It can’t be frozen because it stays in the box”. I accepted losing the money. I even tipped, and I don’t regret that. That manager is terrible!! Not the employees.
I will find out the owner. Piss poor experience. Another pizza company gave me 1/2 off. Yes, I returned the entire pizza except for the 2 pieces that were tasted.
Do not ever get a pizza from Little Ceaser’s in Cherrydale!! It’s a terrible idea. Especially if that one manager is there!!

Read moreI went to Little Caesars in Greenville (the cheerydale store) I ordered a pepperoni pizza,and Italian crazy bread both were cold,and I live 7 mins from the store.i called back and was Place on hold long enough to drive back to the store to get a replacement pizza,I pulled up to the window (still on hold) while the girls that work there were just laughing and cutting up,the young lady that first served me came to the window as I let her know that I was the Called that she has on hold and that she can hang her phone up now,(she was busted) so Automatic attitude I explained the problem SHE PLAYED DUMB,.And The Pass Me On To Here Manager Which Was A Female WITH WAY TO MUCH MASCULINE ENERY,SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS SHE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE NO REPLACEMENT..I've Worked With the public for 30 year's, and have not once been rude to my customers..These People do not need to serve the public..The Managers Attitude is piss poor and falling...TRULY...
