You won't go wrong stopping in at Paisano's! My only problem with going there is I can't stop ordering pizza. It is so good that I basically tell myself the same lie almost every time I go. It kinda goes like this: "Hmm, I'm gonna try the...this time." And somehow, when it's time to order, I'm ordering pizza. Well, at least I can say that I've never gone wrong with that decision. As far as the other offerings, others in my party have always been satisfied. The pizza ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the cheese is great. The crust is a cross between a hand toss and pan (if it is such a thing). They are very filling and satisfying, but be careful because you will eat an entire small alone. But I don't recommend it. Share a slice if you can bring yourself to so. If you don't, that's fine also, Mr. Greedy person. I've done it, too, and was down for a nap. But I had to back to work...

Was greeted promptly on a Tuesday night. Parking lot was pretty full. Going in the restaurant was very clean and had a modern look and layout. Food was superb. Go spend your money here instead of Olive Garden if you live in Duncan. It's not a huge restaurant but you don't feel quite as corralled around as you would be in a huge place either. The experience is a lot more pleasing for that reason. They serve Italian pasta dishes, calzones, burgers, salads and several other options. They also have good appetizers too. If your out and about or wanna take your significant other or a guest out somewhere nice for Italian try here. Pictures show Shimp Alfrado with broccoli, one of their calzones (which are huge) and I had baked Ziti. I had Calmari for an appetizer and the Ziti and I was stuffed afterwards. Good sized portions for 8-15 dollars (depending on what you get of course).

I’ve been eating at Paisanos for 10 years and I might not be able to afford it anymore. I came in today and ordered three pizzas (two smalls and one large) along with three side salads, totaling $80. I even added a $10 tip for a to-go order as I usually enjoy the food and service here. However, when they asked if I needed anything else, I requested a side of ranch and was surprised to be told it would cost an extra $1.65. For loyal customers, charging nearly two dollars for a single side of ranch is outrageous and disappointing. I still appreciate Paisano, but I hope they reconsider such charges to keep their customer experience positive.

We always enjoyed food here but will not be returning anymore. Terrible management. Waitress served side salad to the wrong person but he didn’t realize it since he ordered salad himself. They charge him extra $6.99 for a side salad. I went up to the register to speak to manager in behalf of older gentleman in our party. Manager immediately started yelling and said I will give this one but it’s your party’s fault for not paying attention so i said serving is waitresse’s responsibility to make sure everyone gets right food then this woman pops up from kitchen started yelling at me accusing our party was mean, nasty and confusing waitress. Haven’t seen her anywhere all night until then. Never experienced anything like that. I worked as a waitress in my younger days for many years and never had myself or any manager treat customers that way. My husband was so upset and was ready to go up and talk to them. I had to calm him down for our friend’s sake; celebrating her birthday. I have no doubt if my 6ft husband walked up they wouldn’t have spoken that way. I guess they fell superior since little old Asian woman was in front of them. What restaurant charges $6.99 for few pieces of greens they served by their mistake and treat people that way? On top of that they were too coward to speak to the group but one small woman comes to the register to speak to manager quietly and felt they can gang up and attack by making things up; this goes to the woman who popped out of kitchen and felt she had a right to yell & scream at customer she never met. They have no business working at service industry dealing with people.

Poor waitress couldn’t handle party of 10 & manager shouldn’t call...

At approximately 6:58pm on 7/19/22, I placed a to-go order for me and my wife. I ordered the all meat calzone and my wife ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich combo with fries. I paid and picked up our order and proceeded home. Upon arriving home, my wife noticed that instead of the Philly cheese steak, she had some kind of turkey and cheese sandwich. She immediately called and advised them of the error. The employee requested that she bring the sandwich back and that they would fix another one. Upon returning, the employee proceeded to open the container holding the wrong sandwich and began to inspect it. For what, I have no idea. Looking under it, moving it around...

My wife was also advised that she would have to pay for another order of fries to go with her correct sandwich. After hearing this, she reiterated that the fries had gotten cold because of her having to go back to the establishment to pick up her "correct" order to begin with and since it was their error, she shouldn't be charged again to get what she ordered to begin with. The employee retorted with "that part of the order was correct." So using that logic, according to the employee, she should have eaten her fries and then picked up her correct sandwich. She then proceeded to ask to speak to a member of management and was flatly denied while being told that the owner wasn't present at the moment.

As long time customers of this establishment, I can honestly say that this was/is a deal breaker. To be forced to pay for the restaurant's screw up is totally out of line. While we prefer to patronize "Mom and Pop" businesses, we will NOT be going back to this...

Usually on par, however today I received the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My coworkers and I come here on our lunch hour at least once a month and always have a pleasant experience. Today we sat in Barbara’s section, and could see she was quite busy. She took our orders, I ordered the Greek Stallion with Chicken, she repeated it back to me and then asked about salad dressing and type of cheese. When she brought the food out she placed a dish in front of me that was not even close to what I ordered (Country Chicken Casserole w/pita bread). When I politely brought it to Barbara’s attention, she insisted that I must have ordered wrong, insisted that was what I had ordered because that is what she put in, and walked away. She returned a minute later to say that she checked her ticket and she had keyed in that dish instead. She asked if I wanted to send the wrong dish back, I said yes, she said she would put in the correct order, but it would be a bit. I told her that was fine since my coworkers were still waiting on parts of their orders, but to please package it to-go since we were on our lunch break. She brought it out fairly quick, and in the most condescending tone said, “Now see, that didn’t take too long now did it?”. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and I would never have the audacity to tell someone that they must have ordered wrong. I have never written a bad review, not even for a faulty product, but this server’s lack of customer service really did not sit...
