Our kids absolutely love this Pelician's - either after mini golf or just as a special treat. Prices are reasonable and the SnoBalls are delicious. So, I loved coming here when it was located on a quiet side street in Ft Mill. I’m not sure what is going on with this new location. It’s in a parking lot of an Advance Auto next to a utility tower. It’s not enjoyable to sit at the wobbly picnic tables along the chained, strange area on the property. Everything seems makeshift. The snow cones are really tasty, but the atmosphere is just lousy. Great place to stop for a treat on a hot day! Tons of flavors to choose from. The only negative thing I can say about the Fort Mill location is that there is very little space for parking near the shop itself. If you don't mind the walk, it might be best to park in the city parking area and enjoy your Snoball on the way...
