Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

Last moonth, we had absolutely the worst experience. Will never go here again. Ordered my pizzas online. Came 45 min later to pick them up. Told to wait...they weren't ready. 30 min later, a different employee asked me what I was waiting on. When I told her, she said that they couldn't make my order because they only had thin crust pizza at that time. Since I had already paid online, they couldn't refund me at the store. So they made my $38 order with thin crust and gave me a $20 handwritten voucher for "next time." When I got home, we realized we were missing an order of breadsticks that I paid for, and the pizzas were barely cooked. While I was waiting, one employee walked out and never came back, while several others kept up a profanity-laden conversation about who they did and did not like to work with. We truly love pizza hut, but we will not be coming back to...

I have never wrote a review for anything, but it is a constant issue with this place. I have purchased delivery and carryout at this pizza hut. Carryout is the most unorganized, crowded and time consuming experience I have been through and I'm in the guard hahaha. Delivery hasnt been any better recently ordered a pizza that was worth $18 and as soon as I open the box it is all messed up the crust looks like its not cooked all the way and part of the pizza is missing. I called in to see if I could get a new pizza out they said thats not possible our delivery drivers are busy with other orders. They suggested giving me a credit for next time for $10, it wasnt until I said $10 for a $18 pizza they gave me a $20 credit then hung up no apology. Recommend not ordering...

Pizza hut used to be great but now their just slacking. Every ordered I have placed there is something wrong with it. Either missing ingredients, wrong pizza, cold pizza, or excessive waiting time where I would wait from an hour to two. And I've been very lenient about this. Today I placed an order online to be delivered to my house and I've waited over an hour for it so I decided to give them a call and see where's it at. A gentleman picked up and said their only doing carry out at the moment so I asked about my pizza I placed an hour ago. I can hear in the background him talking to a girl about my order when they know damn well my food was suppose to be delivered if they just had started to stop doing delivery. Didn't...
