First of all, appearances says everything when you enter the Salon the light tan floor is sooo dirty looks like it has not been swept in Months and mopped even longer. I went to lay down to get my brows waxed and there was hair on the cover i told Sky ( the women who was doing my brows and she insisted even after me showing her the hair that the surface was clean, what i should have done was leave immediately but I didn't want to cause a scene, next i watched a lady take nippers out of a plastic draw, nippers were not wrapped which means they were not sanitized, and if that was not bad enough there were 6 licenses on the wall did not look like any had pictures on them but there were 7 or maybe 8 people working. I came home and tryed to report this to the SC BOARD of COSMETOLOGY but was on the phone forever while they transfer me from one dept to another no one seems to know their jobs anymore or where to get answers so I was left with Google word of month please stay clear of this place cheap is not always...

I am giving them a 1 star for ruining my natural nails instead of safely and properly removing the acrylic. They shoved a fake nail between my actual nail and the acrylic ones to pop them off. This process is painful and doing do they ripped off parts of my actual nails. Two of which feel bruised if pressed down on because the nail is so thin now. The nail tech had to file the nails down further to attempt to even out the layers. Also he did not do a good job at shaping or cutting down and shaping my natural nails as directed.

** Nails should have polished removed, fake nails grinded down and then soaked to soften the remaining acrylic and then scrapped of gently. Please be warned if you are removing your nails not to have that process done here as they don't know what...

In early 2021, I received a great referral from a trusted friend to try this nail salon. She had only seen Lee at that time, so that is who I requested for my first appointment. The salon itself is attractive, VERY clean & bright. They are a busy salon yet everyone is pleasant and I always feel comfortable & welcomed. Lee was engaging and very interested in listening to what I had to share regarding my pedicure and manicure. I received a beautiful pedicure and manicure. I've since been back and have had each of the owners for gel manicures. Both have been great as well! I will definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone who is looking for one.
