There was once a day when fast food was actually fast, now days that has seemed to become a thing of the past. Customer service has almost completely gone out of this industry. My mom raised me that if I don’t have anything good to say then don’t say anything at all. For the most part I try to do that but lately there has been nothing good to say about fast food for a while. That is until I experienced Andrew. I pulled up to the speaker that I have come to quite a bit over the last few years and was greeted with a “Welcome to Toco Bell, Please take a minute to look over the menu while I help this other customer and I will be back as quickly as I can”. Promptly, he was back with me asking if I was ready to order. I placed my order, he asked me if I would like to round up my order to help our local Boys and Girls club which I answered sure. He then said Thank you, we appreciate you. I pulled up to the window quickly as there were 4 cars in front of me (I have been here waiting on my order for a very long time when there were only 2 or 3 cars in front of me). The cars were paying, getting their order promptly and moving quickly. Once I pulled up to the window, I over heard the same great customer service I experienced being given to a car behind me at the speaker. When he was finished he took my payment and handed my my order. Fast and Efficient! I then asked if he was the manager, he responded, “Yes I am, my name is Andrew, is there something I can help you with”. I told him that he was the nicest and most courteous voice I have had the pleasure of hearing on the other side of one of those speakers in a long time. He told me he is a new manager here and they were in the process of turning thing around at this store. I told him I had no doubt that they would do that. Good on you Andrew, good job to you and your team. The food was fast, service was great, food was accurate, hot, fresh and good! Thank you and if you continue to treat customers like that, I have no doubt this store will do wonders. Keep up the good work, I...
Read moreThis place is HORRIBLE THIS MANAGER SND FEMALE WHERE SUPER DISRESPECTFUL I HAVE AUDIO AND VIDEO OF THE INCIDENT,I’m a resident of HHI ….they called my phone harassing me today after the incident happened…. On 7/17/24Last night as I was getting off my second shift, I decided to stop somewhere to grab a bite to eat. Initially I had gone to iHop, but because of large orders from DoorDash, I decided to detour to Taco Bell. I arrived unknowingly close to their closing time. They had mentioned they didn’t have any taco meat left, only chicken. They agreed to give me my original order plus an additional item for the inconvenience. When I approached the window I see a male making inappropriate gestures towards my food. As he opened the drive thru window, I asked him if he was seriously doing what I just saw. The male chuckled, slammed the window and walked away. I stepped out of my vehicle asked to speak to his superior and the manager approached me very aggressively. He stated the boy was only 15 and that no one had done that, I told him that I’m a resident here, explaining that why would I make such nonsense up. They continued to be very aggressive and the manager whose name is in the incident report stated to me that he was a Federal officer, and I told him I didn’t care I was going to call the police. I waited for the deputies to arrive, I must say your sheriff’s deputies were very very professional and unbiased they treated me very well and with respect. I told the officer R. Moore what I just explained above, I’m very unnerved to be honest and made feel a little ashamed I’m a hard working man All in all I would like to see something done. I looked on yelp and theirs been numerous complaints on the manager their, and as anew resident and working member of the community I would like to Be untresspaseed immediately even though I won’t be returning I have video and...
Read moreUPDATE (8-29-23): SIGH!!! I really wanted to come back and give you more stars. Doesn't the owner/managers realize that if you don't open the dining room consistently, people will stop trying. So when/if you do ever keep the dining room open, it won't matter for a long time. Do you really want to lose revenue over an issue that is so simple to solve? Right now, you are no better than a "Checkers" drive-thru, and you know what happened to them!!! Please, Please open the dining room and keep it open. I now call and ask before going. I'm tired of cleaning cheese out of my seats and floor of the car.
This "one" star is for the owner/management of "this" Taco Bell. Everyone knows that Taco Bell has great food, so it's not the food. The employees (that show up) are always helpful, courteous, and work hard to meet your needs. It's management that has not provided the leadership to get "this" location back in line after Covid. You go to Taco Bell at lunch, to eat indoors, NOT in your car! You go to Taco Bell late, after dinner, for a "run to the border", but NOT "this" Taco Bell. From "the outside looking in", there is an employee hiring issue at "this" Taco Bell. Come on! It's almost 2023. At least make a sign for the door when the dining room is closed, and make it large enough so people can read it from the car! POOR management from A to Z! Oh...and when you do finally get your act together and stay open consistently, get your other kiosk to work. It NEVER...
