Rush's — Restaurant in South Carolina

I went to Rushes for lunch and the service was friendly until it was time for me to ho back to work. I went up front for a refill and no one inquired of me if my wants. So the window server saw me waiting patiently for him to refill he just turned around and went back to the window. Ok I know he's working the window. So a young lady who already served me when I first came in saw a caucasian man who just walked up behind me she quickly asked him can I help you (of course a refill) she helped him. I was thinking is she discriminating on me (black female) I'm hoping not. So she service the man I'm still waiting for her to refill me she turns to her cash register and looks straight waiting for someone to come. (I'm the only one there). Never to ask me if I wanted anything, so I just started speaking loudly "can i get a refill please) i did this about four times each waiting for her or anyone to service me. Each time, she just looked straight. Finally as i was staring a hole in her forehead she finally got a glimpse that maybe this lady might want something. Is it me or is this an idot working her. It made me feel some kinda way. What People don't know is black people can discriminate against there own, because they feel other than black takes liberties of there own as so we...

Hmmmm, usually this Rush's, (2-Notch in NE Columbia), is pretty good about getting drive thru orders correct... except tonite‼️😫 After a very long day at work, I go, order a cheeseburger, no pickles, add onion, I got... no pickles (great job guys), BUT... 1 piece of onion, really!!! I ordered a choc fudge cake, extra nuts!!! I guess because of Covid, onions are hard to come by & the "choc cake," in the "Hot Fudge CAKE" is non-existent⁉️ I didn't name it, but if I had, I'd be sure to put the "CAKE" in with the Hot Fudge 😂 & then there's the "nuts" that I paid extra for...they must be rationing them out❓ because, if 5 or 6 is EXTRA, what's regular...1⁉️⁉️⁉️ I don't complain about the cost, I pay what they ask for...but in return...I'd like what I ordered, the way I ordered it‼️😕 Is that being unreasonable⁉️ Then, I call to speak w/the manager & nobody answers the freakin phone❓ They weren't even busy, it was 4:45 in the afternoon‼️😫 Well... at least the young man at the window was...

On Sunday I went to Rush's and when I got home my order was incorrect. I immediately called back and was told by a manager (woman) that she wrote my name down and she would replace my entire meal. She also said I could come back another day. Fast forward today my husband goes to pick up our meal with my 4 year old son. He was told it would not be able to be replaced by a manager (male). So at this time the District Manager was there and he communicated from my husband to the DM...h.e didn't want to come talk face to face with my husband. So away this point you have humiliated my husband about a conversation I had with your manager. Finally I was told they needed a time that I called. I sent a screenshot with the time and date. Then they awarded us by giving us what they wanted us to have instead of what I was promised. At this point it's not even about the food anymore, but definitely about being disrespected and humiliated over chicken. I will never visit this...
