My family and I decided to stop by for dinner on the evening of Thursday 11/30/2023. After getting home and almost completing our dinner, I noticed a surprise in my burrito….well it was an earring!!!! Luckily I didn’t bite that side first bc who knows what kind of injuries I could have sustained. But on the ā€œother side of the plateā€, I have basically devoured a whole burrito that had an earring in it the whole time! I was absolutely disgusted!!!! My stomach began to turn as my mind raced from thinking of the hazards and bacteria associated with this incident. I am a CHEF so this really hit a lot of nerves for me. Needless to say, that evening was very unpleasant being angry, sick, and disgusted. Today Dec. 1st, I returned to the store with the remainder of the food to show and report this to a manager. The young lady present said she could only refund or remake the burrito….$11 and some change!!! First off, I would have at liked the whole meal compensated, if that was out of the question, at least my whole combo, not to mention the up charge for veggies and double meat!!! I didn’t make a fuss as this will be reported to the area manager and corporate office. Absolutely terrible service, customer service, and employees. This was the 2nd time trying this location and the first time, the food wasn’t poorly prepared. I am absolutely appalled. I understand that may have been an accident, but I also could have been taking and emergency trip to the hospital!!! I will NEVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The crew is young, seem very unconcerned with the quality of food and just working a job for a check. Worst $66 I’ve ever spent...

We have been 3 separate times. Our first experience was mediocre, the service was good, but the food was not. Went in the evening ordered a chicken bowl and the meat did not taste good at all and everything was cold. The food had been sitting out so long the protein and refried beans were very dry. Our second experience was much better, we went in the early afternoon got a veggie bowl. The veggies were cooked right in front of us, and the food was much fresher and yummy! Because we had a better experience our second time around we went back again a third time in the evening and asked for a veggie bowl. The lady told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait for sautĆ©ed veggies even though we were the only ones at the counter. Then she asked another employee who did not seem as though he was interested in being there or assisting his coworkers, if he could sautĆ© the veggies. He told her they were out and then continued to walk around and listen to his headphones. So we did not order food that night and just left. Some employees give great service while others don’t. If you decide to go here I would suggest going earlier in the day close to when they open as you have a better chance of fresher food and...

Restaurant is new but it’s definitely clean and vibrant. Employees were friendly. Read previous reviews about the chips and queso not being good and not a wide selection of drinks. Here’s this: the chips are seasoned with something than just salt. It’s tasty and is delicious without the queso on it. The drinks are your typical fountain drinks, with the addition of sweet and unsweetened teas and 2 lemonades. Let’s be real, it’s a restaurant not a bar so you go for the food not drinks. The cup size is rather big compared to other restaurants, which is a great thing. We both got burrito combos. Husband got the shrimp burrito and guacamole with his chips and I got the chicken burrito and queso with my chips. He loved the shrimp because he could taste the garlic. We ate inside. There are high top tables with outlets lining the glass wall, perfect for working or studying. There’s a large glass garage door that could be opened to the patio. There’s a good variety of booth and tables to choose from. Restrooms are clean and vibrant as well. Wheelchair accessible. We will be...

So I was driving in Duncan and the name Salsaritas happened to catch my eye. I’ve never been in, but the fresh Mexican grill spiked my interest. Upon walking in, I noticed the place was barren and appeared a little unkempt. I was greeted and told the employee I wanted to take a look at the menu. The menu reminded me a lot of Chipotle’s and the serving set up was very similar. I chose the chicken quesadilla with a side of Queso and chips. When my quesadilla was under the broiler, I paid for my meal and was handed a drink cup. I noticed the worker in the kitchen kept looking back at me, while giving dirty looks. Not sure what that was about. I inquired about the pink and orange colored drinks in the cooler, and was told that it was mango and raspberry lemonade. I chose the mango. I took one sip, and realized they forgot to add lemons, sugar, and mango. It was basically orange colored water. I didn’t make a fuss about it. I just grabbed my food and swallowed the $16 plus 15% tip disappointment.
