Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in South Carolina

We decided to try Scooters Coffee Clemson Rd in Columbia Sc. today🤦🏾‍♀️ We ordered one medium white mocha one small Turtle Latte and mini Doughnuts for a total of $13.09 The Drinks were the same size. 🙄When the first cup of unlabeled coffee came through the window the cashier stated it was the turtle latte. The individual who ordered this drink immediately took a sip the cashier then decided to asked the person making the drink if the first cup was the turtle latte by this Time I had already taken a sip from my cup of white Mocha when we found out the cashier made a mistake the first cup was suppose to be mine. Instead of immediately offering to fix new drinks the cashier stated she could give us NEW LIDS🤢I said No because the other person wasn’t feeling well. We handed our unlabeled drinks back to the cashier and she claimed new drinks would be made. We pulled around and when the drinks came out I asked if the drinks were remade or where the lids swapped the employee state No that’s not how it works and walked off. Lies!!!’ I personally don’t believe the drinks were remade considering the idea of a lid swap was initially offered. This was my FIRST and My Last visit. I should’ve went to Starbucks instead🤦🏾‍♀️ drink items should be labeled when giving them to customers. If it is store Error the idea of a Lid swap Should NEVER be offered as a way to fix the mix up of drinks when customers have already drank from the cups. #canalcoffee F for...

I know this is a coffee stop but just wanted to say do not come here for the food. I got the bagel sandwich. Spicy sausage was good but the cheese was foamy and the egg is rubbery like its microwaved or something. My mom got the bacon ciabatta and it leaves much to be desired. (pictured) We also didn't receive napkins (we didn't asked for any but just mentioning you might want to ask for some is all). You're better going to Dunkin for breakfast sandwiches.

The service was super friendly and welcoming. There's a wide variety of options for coffee options. I got a super skinny latte caramel flavor. I tried to substitute with almond milk instead of the skim milk that it comes with. (I'm not a huge fan of super sweet coffee or milk) There seemed to be confusion about my request. With a little back and forth I decided to just order it with the skim milk because it was causing confusion for some reason. Maybe I could've ordered a different way to make it easier. In the end my coffee was oddly really sweet for being a skinny drink but...it did taste good. I will definitely be back to try some more of...

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your location on Saturday, August 30. I placed two orders of egg bites, but unfortunately, both were still cold (al.ost frozen). I didn’t notice until I was already on the highway on my way to North Carolina, so I wasn’t able to turn around.

This isn’t the first issue I’ve experienced at this location. The ordering process has been inconsistent, because the speaker doesn’t work, staff members take orders outside, which often causes confusion. I’ve also noticed that I’m not always asked about my membership, and if I forget to mention it, I miss out on my benefits. On a different occasion, I was given the wrong drink, and in general, the drive-thru service tends to be very slow.

I’ve continued to visit because I prefer supporting your business over Starbucks, but the repeated issues are making it difficult to justify. I really hope these concerns can be addressed so I can keep...
