Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in South Carolina

The owner Tim is unhinged & unprofessional. I'm not sure why he is working with the general public or interacting with people, if he cannot handle small issues that may come up. He put up a fight over giving us our receipt, in order for us to email Scooters support to retrieve the points from our purchase. He ended up handing me a random receipt after I told him exactly what was ordered. He slammed the drive thru window in my face with my 2 toddlers in the back (normally the staff gives out lollipops, but maybe he doesn't know this either). I would stay away from this business completely. You can also tell he doesn't promote a positive work environment for his employees when he is there working. I've also noticed my coffee is disgusting when he is there making them. I've seen him making coffees there before but had no idea he was the owner. He should've kept that to himself, because his lack of integrity is telling. It's sad that Scooters has this man representing...

I go here daily on my way to work. I love their Iced Vanilla Latte, Strawberry Vertigo Smoothie, and their Blueberry Muffins. My husband is also a big fan and I have work family that put in orders for me to bring to them because they don’t have a Scooters near them in Greenville. All the staff are super professional and attentive. I went through the drive through one morning during Nurses Week and ordered 15 blueberry muffins and 15 caramelious muffins; without any advice warning. They were so kind and helpful. Honestly we've spent way too much money at this place and probably would continue if the staff wouldn't have already gotten complacent. We get the peanut butter power drink and the everything egg and spicy turkey bagel. And my husband gets disappointed every time they don't say scoot on up. If they step their game back up then we'll probably continue to go. It's crazy how a little care in your job and a silly statement like scoot on up can put a smile on your face. I think we were going for the smiles. Hopefully management sees this and gets his/their staff...
