Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in South Carolina

Wanted to love this place because the customer service was AMAZING. Super friendly and attentive. However, the product itself was awful.

Bagel was soggy and scorchingly hot. I think they either dipped it in oil or butter, which is what caused it to be soggy is my guess.

The hot chocolate was just gross - almost tasted, like oil was in it. I also asked for a non-dairy milk but they still put whipped cream on top. I’ll take the fall for that since I didn’t specifically ask if they put it on or not, but usually places automatically ask if you still want whipped cream (if they put it on customarily) when you change the milk to a non-dairy milk.

So sorry the product wasn’t good! Perhaps they will fix that and then business would be booming because the customer service was above and...

I've never been to Scooters before. I swung by on a rainy Saturday morning and placed an order for an Americano, and headed to the window, where I sat behind another vehicle and waited. And waited.

After a couple minutes, a pleasant young woman pops up next to my car with my drink in hand. She said that there was a problem of some sort with the customer in front of me, and they felt bad about me sitting there, so here's my coffee on the house.

That was fantastic service. I don't think there are many places in Greenville that would've done what they did.

Went here today for the first time ever and had a great experience! There were a few cars in front of me, so a girl came out with a tablet and took my order. She was so friendly and helpful. I got an everything bagel sandwich, egg and cheese biscuit sandwich, a cinnamon roll (absolutely delicious! btw) and a Kit Kat candy bar blender. The blender was soo good! Waay better than the artificial tasting garbage from 7 brew across the street.
