Starbucks — Restaurant in South Carolina

This Starbucks has been consistently bad since it opened. I have been here no less than 10 times since it opened in lieu of going to my normal Starbucks location because it is 1/4 mile from my office. NOT ONCE, and I mean NOT ONCE has my experience been acceptable for Starbucks standards. Each time I have had to wait an unusual amount of time for a coffee with two shots (not difficult). One time I had to go back to the counter to remind them of of my order. I always order oatmeal. They can't even get that right. It never has the right combination of condiments, or it is missing a condiment, or there's too much water in the container. I've just started getting it to go so I can fix it myself. For the last two mornings, however, they were out of the condiments that go with the oatmeal. Yesterday, they were out of nuts; today, they were out of brown sugar. So far, this location is seriously faltering and it is very unfortunate because it is so convenient and has the potential to be the busiest Starbucks in the city. Right now,...

A pumpkin spice latte is THE Fall drink. It may not be loved by all but non-the-less, its arrival indicates thanksgiving, halloween and a bonfires. I am not a frequent Starbucks drinker but have relied on them during the fall season to continue tasting this nectar that magically gets me through the season of rain. In this Starbucks, I ordered a non-modified pumpkin spice latte, not even a small modification for the milk, knowing fully well I am lactose intolerant. I have to say I only have 1 or 2 of these a year making it a very special occasion when I am in the mood for it. This Starbucks mocked me today by producing a drink that has no resemblance to a latte, coffee or pumpkin. honest to God, I don't know what the hell I am drinking as it doesn't even taste like milk. "the best coffee in town" not even close. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I recognize they have stellar reviews and they dilivered my drink quick but this is not drinkable. they have ruined the Pumpkin spice latte experience for my year. Thank you...

This is the closest location to us and we are glad!! My husband and I are frequent customers, grabbing coffee a few times a week and the occasional bakery item. Employees are always helpful, nice, and fast! Our orders are always made promptly and correctly. Their app is a great thing as well - makes it so easy to order, customize, pay, earn points, use rewards, etc. Any time I have had an issue with my drink (which isn't often) they always remake it with a smile, which I greatly appreciate! If the drive-thru is backed up or I suspect it could be (woodruff road...it happens) I order on the app for in store pickup, and by the time I arrive, my order is always ready in the mobile pickup area waiting for me to grab and go!
