We had the best experience here. It was brief but meant the world to me and my husband. After 14 days in the hospital and open heart surgery we were finally on our way home and my husband (heart patient) wanted a decaf coffee to sip on for out 40 minute drive. We went through the drive thru and ordered but they had to do a different coffee because what we wanted isn't served after 12 but they would charge us the lower price. I was like that's great. We pulled around and I was counting change cause I couldn't find my wallet with all my husbands things from the hospital and I asked the young man to give me a moment because of where my wallet was and our reasons for not being able to get it. I got the change counted out to give to the gentleman and he handed me the coffee and said have a good day. Of course I was confused. Then he just smiled and said have a good day. Read moreAt 12:01, I placed a mobile order today. When I got to work, I realized the order was wrong. I called the store and told them I could not return for them to fix the order because I was at work, nor would I be on that side of town for at least a week. Their only remedy was to come today to have them fix the drink. That is not an option for me.
I also used the chat feature to try to resolve this issue. The agent allowed the conversation to time out twice. It took almost 20 minutes for the agent to even respond in the first place, and then he wouldn't even resolve the issue. I had to throw this drink away. This particular Starbucks gets 1 out of every 4 drink orders wrong for me. I normally let it go, but enough is enough. Read moreWaited in line for 15 minutes before the store was set to close early at 2:30. Was next to order and the worker came and put the sign in front of our car and refused our order. This is not the proper way to handle closing early as if there were paying customers in line that have been there since before 2:30 the employee should have stood at the end of the line and refused future customers not the ones that had been waiting in line since before closing.
