I tried to use the online ordering process. When I went to pick up our order, I asked if the sauces we're put on the side instead of on the sandwich as specified in the instructions. I was told that she never looks at the instructions because no one ever puts anything there. Now because the sauces is not in the side, I can't save half of my sandwich for another meal. She told me that she could make again but she would have to open all the sandwiches up to find which one to replace. Oh my! I didn't want the sandwiches all opened up! I just took what was made and could not save half of my sandwich. I will not use the location again!... And I will have to call ahead to make sure the next location reads the special instructions when they make...

I understand feeling tired and wanting to go home after a long day of work, but 20 minutes before this Subway closed, I walked in receiving a whole load of attitude from the lady worker. Seeing as all of the food was being put away, I asked if they were still open, which I received a shout with hands thrown in the air “10 minutes”! Seeing how the lady was bothered already, I started to leave only for her to call back saying “sensitive girl, you so sensitive, come back”. Absolutely felt utterly disappointed and disrespected that I wanted to order from their restaurant and a fuss was thrown when I had nicely asked, understanding that they were soon to close, just did not expect the unnecessary attitude....
Read moreI was a customer at the drive through on Sept 6th while on my way to a beach picnic with my church. There was a wait to place my order, though not unreasonable. I ordered 2 half ciabatta sandwiches, chicken barbecue, asking for no onions on both, also mentioning that it was for 2 people. After a wait of about 5 minutes, they cheerfully rang me up, and gave me the bag. I didn't check it there, and when my friend and I went to eat it, we found it loaded with red onions, melted cheese keeping them on the sandwich.
