So our party of 4 adults and 4 kids visited this place last Saturday July 1st. Put our name on waiting list at 7:10. The other couple in our group comes to MB a few times a year and love (ed) this place. We are aware that it is a holiday weekend, we are seated at 7:40, order 3 beers, and an order of cheese sticks which arrives quickly, then we order 2 large pizzas when the waitress brings the appetizer. During our wait, others who had been standing outside while on waiting list have ordered their pizza's and finished eating! Waitress finally brings out 1 of the 2 pizzas we ordered at the same time and says the other 1 should be out in about 10 min! We then twice asked to speak to the manager. She replied, "he's busy in the kitchen." We then told her to bring him out to our table anyway. She brings out a tall slim white guy. He never said anything like, "hi, I'm the manager, my name is __, or, I'm terribly sorry." He was a total jerk and said, we'll it is a holiday weekend. Then he said, "just leave and we'll take care of the bill, you guys can just bounce." Really! How professional is that garbage! If I had to guess he probably isn't even the manager. Needless to say, we will let all of our friends and family know, and will not be returning to this eating establishment. Read moreWe’ve been getting food for take out here for years everytime we vacation this way! Well this time, we paid $2.50 upcharge (they didn’t tell us it was that much extra) to add basil to our pizza. Well we pick up the pizza and get back and there’s NO basil. We also got boneless wings and they were cold as could be on the inside. Well we went ahead and ate because our kids were hungry. My husband called up there to see if we could get reimbursed for the wings and the basil. And all the manger said was a store credit or they could remake it. And he said when people get wings to go that they get cold easily. We were only a few miles up the road. They shouldn’t have been that cold like they were just taken out of the fridge. We weee leaving the next day, so we couldn’t really do either option because it was our kids soon to be bed time. And the manager kept saying he couldn’t reimburse us and it wasn’t an option which I don’t believe at all, he just didn’t want to. For as much as their pizza cost, it should have been made the first time or been reimbursed. There are plenty of pizza places here and next time we are here, I will definitely be exploring...
Read more0 stars for your pizza tonight, Yes its Easter and your busy, Yes is sounded like the young lady taking my order was new, after 1 hour and fifteen minutes, i call back, ok order was lost , should have been here, ok management says ok we will take care of you on us...ok, then 45 minutes later delivery arrives, and i ask is this a new hot pizza? yes. he says your order was push back in a window. not paying much attention being hungy, and trying to please my guest, i tip him, i look at the pizza and it had been sitting for awhile, not hot or even correct what i ordered, x cheese...no did not even look normal cheese, and to top it off my sister bites in to a chicken bone, uck..i could not even finish mine..so in the grabage goes your free cold lost order, and there goes my tip money ....long time local customer, that will be looking for a new place to order from and i am sure my family will not look to my suggestions for dinner anymore..it will be a long time before they will let me live this one down, and there goes a nice walk on the beach we had planned, yes we all had a bad...
