Iāll start by saying this is usually my favorite Subway near me, however, not at night when ordering it thru delivery service. This has happened several other times and tonight has been the last straw! I ordered a 12ā turkey w/American cheese, add bacon, along with my choice of veggies. I also ordered (4) cookies and chips. What I received is totally different. Lazy? Out of ingredients? No attention to detail? I donāt know. But my sandwich had barely any turkey, like the least I have ever seen before. No cheese at all. No bacon that I paid extra for. No pickles. No banana peppers and Iām nearly positive it didnāt have the oil and vinegar and if it did, they must have put a mist of it on there. The bread tasted dry and stale as well. I was also missing 2 of my cookies. I ordered 4 and got 2 of the ones I chose and 1 that I didnāt. They came all broken up, missing pieces and looked like my 2yr old was previously handling them or something. Maybe the driver? Idk but the trash they went!! My chips were missing too. This was $23 in food from the restaurant not including feeās and tip to 3rd party. I contacted the delivery company, however, they didnāt want to make it right this time due to having to help me out the last time I ordered from here. This was hands down the worst experience from this location though, as I didnāt even receive what I requested and paid for!! Waste of money and I will no longer be using this location for 3rd party delivery, as the workers just donāt care. They prepare and give you what they want, not understanding the customer is paying for this. Poor night management. I technically deserve a refund for this mess. Maybe the owner will make it right, or maybe not. But hopefully something is done as this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is literally the worst experience Iāve had with this subway and it wasnāt from the regular workers it was from the general manager himself, I came in and order a salad and the whole time he was asking me what did I want the salad I was trying to tell him what exactly I wanted on the salad but instead of listening he was trying to rush me and over talk me. Then since the general manager wasnāt listening he tried offering to put things on the salad that I am allergic to. I believe his name is Chris ( General Manager), but he is very nasty and rude and impatient rule of advice to you Chris if you are going to be that impatient with your loyal customers then try getting a different job that you have patience for. I have been a loyal customer to this subway for 2 years but after my experience with the General Manager yesterday I will not be returning back. Again the regular employees are very professional and have patience even when they are about to clock out they still have patience to actually care about how they are handling people food. Unlike the General Manager mishandling my food, giving me attitude, and on top of all of that he was about to put things on salad that I am allergic to. He needs to a grip I will be letting others know as well donāt patronize this subway because Chris ( The General Manager) has a disrespectful temper on him. So like before I would place my order and when mine comes up then they let me walk down the line and tell them how much of each item I wanted. So the last person was done paying and I was talking to the young black girl on what I was trying to do when the white manager butts in and goes to saying we canāt do it when we are busy. Iām like your busy thereās no one in the store. She then says we have other online orders and we donāt have time to listen to you while we are fixing it. Iām like I never had an issue before and yāall act like you canāt listen and work at the same time you do that when youāre fixing folks subs. I could understand if there were other folks in there and maybe one worker. But there was two and no one on the store.
