There are a lot of young kids who work here and they honestly make it a bit of pain to come to this location. They are just very unprofessional and unpleasant to interact with. They donāt speak when you walk in instead they just stare you down. For me I personally stare at them back until they speak cuz what the hell?! They are always on the phone behind the counter and out in the sitting area. They just donāt have a care in the world when customers come in to even put on a front and thatās not okay. The customer service here is lacking severely. I typically place my order on the phone and I will say my order is ready when I arrive and typically hot / fresh tasting. If the employees were better trained and just presented themselves differently this could be a 5 star location in my opinion.

I left out a lot of grievances in my first review because I really try to give places a chance but atp I wouldnāt recommend coming to this location. Iām actually sick of this location. I really try to give kids the benefit of the doubt because they not training them like they use to. Regardless though this Popeyes is almost ALWAYS below average. Iām so sick of them giving me a messed up order without telling me that they are low on certain things. Iāve been quite a few times and Iām always trying to give a review thatās not harsh but this location is trash and they need to stop hiring teens. They always give me hella breast without telling me they donāt have the dark meat that comes with my meal. I literally HATE breast but usually the meal comes with ONE. Today they gave me one thigh, an old looking wing, and three breast. This isnāt the first time theyāve given me more breast than even come with the meal. It would still be annoying that they didnāt have the meal I requested but at least give me a chance to say no I donāt want this. Itās a waste of my money cuz Iām throwing the breast away, I DONT LIKE THEM. Other times Iāve gotten a 5 piece dinner with ONLY thighs. Ordered a spicy chicken and they gave me two regular chicken sandwiches for instead of saying theyāre out of spicy. Iām so sick of this location. I wouldnāt recommend this location at all. Some of the girls are super sweet but at this point it doesnāt overlook how unorganized, unprofessional, and lackadaisical the kids who run this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible experience. Light out in the bathroom made it difficult to see. 10 minutes after I ordered, I was asked if I wanted my food, as it would take a few minutes to cook. Yes, I want the food I ordered. People who ordered before me were asked the same question and gave the same response. Why would we order food, pay for it, and wait around if we didn't want it? While I was there, a visibly upset woman came in and asked for a refund, as she hadn't received what she ordered earlier. She mentioned a few times the person she was dealing with at the counter had hung up on her when she called earlier, with no apologies offered. When she went out to get her card, the man made a smart remark and several other employees laughed at her. I felt that was really unprofessional. I received my food, went to leave, and found that the door was locked. I asked an employee to unlock the door. She said I have to go out the opposite door and walk around the building. I have a health condition that limits my mobility, and I told her that, again asking her to unlock the door. She told another employee my request to unlock the door, and I was again told to go to the other door, more than 4x the distance from the door I was asking for. They said they needed the key. I asked again to please unlock this door. Another person came forward, with keys in her hand, and I again explained that I needed this door unlocked, pointing at the car right there outside when she asked which one is mine. I thought she was going to unlock the door, but she saw someone trying to come in, seemed to change her mind, and again told me I needed to go out the other door and walk around. Another customer asked me if I needed him to walk me to my car, which I thought was very kind. I declined but did give up and walk across to the opposite door, only to find that it was locked, too. An employee unlocked it and let me out. Then I walked, in the dark, around the building and to the car. Not the...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePopeyes on Killian is usually a busy restaurant and has delicious food; however, my last visit a couple of weeks ago, I found myself in an "oldie but not goodie" situation (nothing to do with music) - they served me [old] leftover chicken, biscuit, and rice and beans.
The chicken (wing and breast) looked old even before I tore into it, which confirmed that it was. The chicken was dry like the deserts I drove through in Saudi and Kuwait when I was deployed in 1991 and 2005. The rice! OMG, the rice in the Rice and Bean side was sticky rice. That was a first. The rice is normally loose.
What pissed me off more about the situation is, when I called their Headquarters to complain, and I wasn't able to speak to a live agent, only a rep in the chatroom who told me to resolve the issue at the restaurant where I had the issue. That is so unprofessional.
I took the food back to the restaurant. Oh, did I mention that someone had driven into the side of the building... may it was an accident or intentionally done, since there was yellow tape about the damaged area of the building. I haven't been back there since. I should have known something was wrong when there were no cars in the drive-thru. The manager refunded the full amount...
