Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

Did a online order. I went in to pick it up and told the lady she asked for my name and said its not ready and walked away and started making other peoples orders. I stood there and waited because they were a little busy so I gave them some extra time to make it. Then a little bit later the guy comes up to the register after ringing up a customer and i told him i am still waiting on my online order. He looks and says oh its not ready yet. I said i know i ordered it over a half hour ago online and been waiting and let the other lady know. He proceeded to make my subs. He was fast about it but when we got home to eat the subs the cheeseteak bread was rock hard couldnt even eat it and had nothing on it i asked for. Never again will...

(you don't have the option to give zero stars but this place deserves it ) I would go here often on my lunch break during the week and now its just went down hill - I've given this place a few more tries because the people are new but nothing excuses them being rude to customers I'm high risk and they were not even wearing masks they flat out refused saying its my body my choice . I didn't want too argue so I just ordered my food - all of the bread was burnt but kept on with my order they were super stingy on all the toppings when I asked for more they refused even after I said id pay for more . I don't know whos running this place but you need to hire people who are more competent and compassionate . I wont...

This subway is horrible! I had been going there previously but stopped due to the horrible customer service. The night employees there have disgusting attitudes!!! Their prep station is often under stocked and if you ask them if they can get the meat or veggies from the fridge they become angry. I hadn't been there for months but decided to stop by there tonight at 10:40pm. The store is supposed to close at 1100pm on Sundays. This is written on the door as well but the employees ran to the back and turned the lights off when I came. This is a horrible store. The whole evening night shift needs...
