Went to pick up lunch while I was on this side of town and had the absolute worst experience. When I finally reached the drive thru intercom the cashier took a minute before she spoke (understanding that it was the lunch rush). When she finally asked to take my order, I immediately gave it to her (4 piece combo no biscuit and cherry pepsi mix). I sat for about 90 seconds before she acknowledged my order. Finally, I said, "Hello?" and she said, "What is your order?" I again repeated my order. She then said, "What do you want to drink?" I again said, "Cherry Pepsi mix." She said "Drive to the next window." No asking what kind of sauce or thank you. When I finally reached the window, another person (obviously not the woman that I had spoken to) said, "You ordered a tea right?" I said, "No ma'am." She said, "Cherry Pepsi?" I said, "That is correct." I gave her my money, and she gave me my change. Then she handed me the meal box and then the drink. I said, "Thank you." She said nothing. I repeated thank you again. She said nothing. I left only to realize that she had given me a Cherry only. This is the absolute worst Bojangles I have ever patronized, but you can believe it will be the last time. The poor and slack attitudes of these (sad to say) black females has become the model for most restaurants like this with the exception of Chick-Fil-A. They should hire people that have a desire to work and perform with only the best standards or terminate them. This entire shift and their manager should be terminated. And to make matters worse, I was not given a receipt to document this...
Read moreNormally I eat at Chick-fil-A simply because to me and a few other people that I've talked to like that management have a big Tolerance on appearance and dress code. But number one his customer service. Most Bojangles and other restaurants such as McDonald's Hardee's the employer's more concentrating on there conversation then dealing with the customer. And I also noticed that management and those places all week and seem to try to befriend their employee staff which to me is a bad thing. It's okay to communicate with staff but not to communicate about what's going on after work they should keep it about the job so they are respected. Chick-fil-A and Arby's their management usually looks like they're in control of the work Force and you can spot them quickly but Bojangles Hardee's McDonald's they tend to be apart of their employees and their after work life, also and I think those things should not coincide, management and employees. I think y'all made a change a couple of years ago it seemed like to the oil that y'all use which make your chicken crispier and it have hurt the taste of the chicken and also hurt the taste of the fries. Usually the reason I come to Bojangles is when you guys lower your price to a dollar on your ice tea.. I'll give today 1 out of 10 a 6 due to customer service they don't know how to give undivided attention to the customer that's in front of them at the moment with a smile...
Read moreThis place has HORRIBLE customer service and sadly they stand on being rude and nasty. This particular visit, I went to the drive thru to order the family box. I normally check my food before I leave the drive thru. However, I was kinda in a rush and the time sitting in the drive thru was long. So I drive off. I get home and my order is completely wrong. So I drive all the way back to the store only to face the nastiest person on earth. There was a young lady (not pictured) who ask what was wrong? I told her my order was wrong, I just wanted the right sides. So as she was opening the drive thru window, the guy pictured, said to her don’t open the window we are closed. I looked at the time and it’s 10:01pm in which they closed 1 minute ago. So I yelled that I was given the wrong sides and I just want what I ordered. He looked at me and told me to come back tomorrow. I asked why? He told me again to come back tomorrow and have a nice day and smiled. No remorse, no empathy, nothing. So I knocked on the window and said, please just give me what I ordered, this wasn’t my fault. He said I’m not gonna keep telling you to that we’re closed, I’m not talking to you no more Im busy. And he and the young lady in the pictured just laughed. What kind of customer service is this? I paid for great food not for disappointment and...
