Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

If I could give this subway a no stars I would awful place. The 3 workers there a women & 2 men awful. They were ignoring me in the drive threw my kids and I waited for 25 min or more. Never got food when I asked to speak to the mananger the women who ignored me the entire time we waited was saying how busy they we're when I was there before the crowd of people . No they we're all as rude as can be saw me and ignored my family in the drive threw. I watched everyone get service inside. we we're there way before them. What happened to respect for the people in line first? My car wanted to shut down we waited so long wasted so much gas and time. Please save yourself the time and keep driving if you go there don't go threw the drive threw or your just ignored worst service ever. Sad that people can't do there job right anymore or at least act like they even try anymore. Sadly they seem to all be on drugs or something.who ever owns this store location needs to hire new help make the people screen for drugs. I bet they are losing so much money having that...

So me and my roommate went to this subway today and ordered through the drive thru. Waited probably about 30 minutes get our food and we go home open the subs and there no toppings besides a few on one of them but not all the toppings were there. My roommate calls and the lady on the phone says “so there was no veggies at all?” Roommate says no and the girl proceeds to say “well I didn’t make that order.” Very unprofessional so we go up there and the girl snatches the bag out of my hand thinking it’s funny hugs the bag with the subs inside and takes them out of the bag and put the toppings on top of the already soggy subs. In the process it was like she couldn’t focus on putting the correct items on the subs. If it wasn’t clear she reused the same old subs we had she didn’t even change the sub wrappers and we got no bag to...

We order from this location quite a bit. And normally, we have no issues. But tonight.. I was so disappointed. We use the Subway app, cause its convenient. So, like always, I ordered our food and it said it would be ready at 9:40. So my husband goes to pick it up, and the staff working there hadn't even started making any of our sandwiches yet. Which honestly, wasn't the biggest deal. He waited while they made them. He gets all the way home and the sandwiches were so sloppily made, I had to use a fork to eat it. I ordered chips with mine, and didn't receive them. There wasn't even any napkins in the bag. My sons sub was supposed to be toasted, it wasn't. My husband's wrap wasn't correct either. So, needless to say, we most definitely won't be back to...
