Subway — Restaurant in South Carolina

When I went to get our dinner, there was no wait, but the young lady at the front was getting my order and got yelled at by the other lady that was at the drive thru window, she told her she needed to throw her gloves away and not to do it again, the young lady that was waiting on me politely, quick talking and shut down, the other lady came and asked her if she wanted to her to take over, and she did. She finished our sandwiches. I understand customer service I also understand being a nurse that you discipline in private and praise in public. I'm not happy about my experience in that environment last night as I have just gotten off work from long hours. I wish that young lady luck and maybe a career there but I highly doubt it the way the other employee talked to her. Much luck and God bless!!

Ordered online bc nobody would answer the phone and I let it ring 20 times. It was to be picked up. My husband went in and they told him to go to another subway location 11 minutes further, that there was no order. He called me I told him it was at that store so, he went back in, they found the order. They completely messed up the orders. No cheese , no dressing on the veggie, so much dressing on meatball it was running down his arms. They tried to give him a 6 inch and I order 12 inch. We got no receipt. There was not a single customer in the store. She couldn’t even figure out how to get the sandwiches in the bag. No napkins, no receipt, nothing went right. I had coupons and couldn’t use them, I paid for double cheese, no cheese. Ridiculous. No one in drive...

Went to subway on sheep farm rd in Seneca South Carolina order a pizza sub got home no pizza sauce was put on my sub called Subway were they tell me very rudely that you have to ask for sauce remind you this is a sub we order regular and have never had to ask for sauce it has always came on the sub and far as the so called manager who is very rude and could care less how she talks to a customer told us she would not be able to replace our sub until the next day let's just say I'm not a happy customer plus when you drive up to the drive thru window the floor behind the counter is gross it has food and trash all in it not a place I would recomend to anyone or go back to very disappointed in the management...
