Showmars 521 Indian Land — Restaurant in South Carolina

Just left this store about twelve to fifteen minutes ago. Picked up a DoorDash order from one of the employees which went good. Thank you. Went back in to get ketchup and a different employee or he could have been a manager greeted me by saying, “what you need”? So my response was, “I have a need for tons of ketchup”. This was the customer’s request.

A couple of things wrong here. First that’s not how you greet any customer when they walk into your establishment. Second, I’m sure you or no other employee working greeted the couple that were dining in and sitting at the front of the restaurant, in that manner as well as the man with the peach/orange shirt on that had to be served another drink.

Not sure of this employee’s motive for greeting me in such a manner but please don’t feel comfortable enough to do that. And it is quite unprofessional as well as a bad example to other...

The food is as always delicious. This particular day the service far exceeded my expectations. Just having been released from the hospital after 6 days I starving for " great food" not Jello & mystery meat. ( no offence intended ) The problem I had was I'd had extensive eye surgery thus wearing eye bandages & patch ( not not like the cool characters from Pirates of the Caribbean) & I was in a wheelchair. All the staff went or of their way to ensure I was comfortable. They made sure that the seating area suited my needs. When serving my food they brought extra of everything as I requested but also brought more extra napkins & drinks whenever they passed the table. When it was time to leave I really hadn't eaten that much not being used to " the good stuff". Thinking that my meal was unsatisfactory the Manager came over & wanted to...

This is a quick to go spot for us. They have rescued us on so many nights of "don't know what's for dinner", "forgot to take meat out of the freezer" and/or just don't feel like cooking tonight. We usually order online and go through the drive thru to pick up. The food is always good, hot and ready when we get there. They never forget napkins, sauces, utensils, etc. The staff and manager are always friendly and do a great job! We don't have many fast places around us that even have half as good of food! We are glad they are close and love the convenience. Also, we love they have mini meals for kids and adults. I don't usually eat a full adult meal and always have issues ordering kids meals when we go other places; won't have issues...
