I went to Taco Bell on Pelham rd around 12 midnight on Sat(9-6-25) drive thru there was a dude no smile no thank you NOTHING. Pulled EVERY single vehicle that ordered forward or to park NEVER had this happen there’s usually 2 ladies that work in there that are EXTREMELY nice courteous smiling thanking the customer asks if we want any sauce? Like GREAT customer service. This guy belonged in the graveyard meaning working there he had NO personality no spark no thank you NOTHING. Just nodding his head. Please get out of the food service where customers/people drives sales. I asked for sauces he pulled us up behind another vehicle he brought the food out I said are the sauces in there he said yes. Guess what…. No sauces. Bad attitude or bad personality. I asked to add something on at the window he said no add ons at the window I said so while I already have to pull up and wait I have to drive all the way around and order ONE item all over again. He said and I quote “YEP”! I said Nevermind it’s not important. And pulled forward. NEVER again will I spend money at THIS Taco Bell again. This was the worst experience I have ever had was this I loved it here because my food was ALLLWWAAYYS hot. WITHOUT being pulled forward. I get that you might be trying to get your drive times down and maybe be in competition with other stores to get your bonuses but this can be done with BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read moreUnfortunately this is a hit or miss with more of the miss. Needed to grab a snack while on the road to work. I walked in there was an elderly couple waiting for their order. I went to the kiosk and ordered. I wanted to pay cash. Stood at the counter and watched the woman in the photo go back to another employee and showed her something on her phone. After several minutes she walked half way back to the make line, and stopped. Started doing something on her phone again. She had gloves on this entire time. She then walked to the make line and touched food with the same gloves. Besides being just absolutely disgusting pretty sure it is a DHEC violation. At that point I turned around and walked out. During this time several other customers came in and got zero help and left as well.
First let me say that quick service is not the most glorious job but it has its place. Nobody forces you to work there, if you are there just for a check well again maybe you shouldn’t be there. For the cost of food you would expect a baseline of customer service. Absolutely none. Taco Bell made you should concentrate on more qualified candidates with customer service or even management experience. Try the quality...

Recently had a bad experience at your Pelham road location. Ordered at the kiosk and went to counter to pay. Stood there for 2-3 minutes and no one approached me. So figured my order would be paid for when they make it. Never done the kiosk thing. But the issue came when a worker asked what our order was after about 25 minutes. We told them our name and she immediately got mad at us for not saying anything. But I stood at the cash register and she glanced at me several times but did not approach me. Although she took several other people’s order. She got really upset and started carrying on. Was pretty rude and not understanding at that was our first time. We got our food and she tossed it on the counter and walked away. I couldn’t even say thank you… I then asked her for a specific sauce and she said they were out. I asked her again just to make sure she was actually out with the name of the sauce. She stopped in her tracks and said “I just said we were out”.
But that’s it, just a very rude employee. Just wish I could have had a better experience refor the price I paid with my hard...
