So it's like this. I had to bite my tongue and simply deal with a bad experience with the intent to save face and not make a scene on what was otherwise a nice family evening on Father's Day. In all, it would've been a near perfect night, if we had just passed this visit by. If it was not for my lovely wife and thoughtful son trying to show their father some appreciation on Father's day, I would have otherwise let loose on my feedback to the staff and demanded a refund. With my family in mind, I just let it go. But now that it's just you, the reader and I now, allow me to suggest you find a completely different establishment. I truly have nothing positive to say regarding this visit or this experience. Therefore I am going to keep it rather short, sweet and to the point. First, this establishments had very little, if any food safety protocols. I saw absolutely no effort, thought processes or operations towards food safety, cross-contamination prevention etc. What specifically turned me off and prevented me from consuming anything that came out of that establishment was the sheer lack of personal hygiene among any of the staff. Beyond what I have already alluded to, I don't feel it is appropriate to go into great detail what I personally witnessed. In spite ot being somewhat of a holiday, there appeared to be absolutely no staffing or planning to handle the volume. There were no more than two staff members running the operations. With one taking the orders and the second fulfilling them. Which as you can imagine led to incredibly nonsensical wait times. Additionally, customers were being served sloppy messes and half melted treats. I saw a number of customers, including myself, make requests for additional cups or napkins just to keep the mess at a minimum as the treats were being handed out the window. It was my opinion the staff, gave no forethought or consideration to theaesthetics or conceived value the customer was getting when delivering their orders. Furthermore, there were a few customers that had to complain that their orders were wrong and others that felted unproductive to complain about an inaccurate order and simply took what they were given. It is no doubt they have an incredible advantage given their location. It's my guess they know and understand that and as a result feel it's unnecessary to deliver anything that even remotely resembles customer service. Recognizing that because of their location they are nonetheless going to get customers indecent volume regardless of what service is being extended to the customers. Folks, it was just a mess and unsavory to witness and experience. I'm more than suggest that you find a different establishments to get such a treat. Don't take the chance of receiving the same poor service that we did.. or for that matter, don't take any chances at All by visiting this establishments. Keep in mind the experience of one family which has visited this this establishment only once (and never again). So it is prudent to recognize, although I highly am seriously doubt it, but nonetheless worthwhile mentioning that it's possible our experience flows a fluke.
