I will NOT be coming back to this location. Service was horrible. I don’t know if the cashier (female) was having a bad day, but she had a disgusting attitude. The picture on the left is what she first showed me. You can’t really tell from the picture, but the fries were not fresh nor hard as I requested. She said well the food been sitting there for a while. You called at 6:10 . I said and your said 10 minutes. I got here at 6:30 . I said regardless, the fires will not get soft that quickly nor will it be brown. I said the grease is old. I would like fresh fries. She had them to drop the same fries in the grease (probably the same old grease) and showed me again. I said ma’am these are the same fries in the same old grease. Please change the grease. I said I don’t have this problem at the two notch . She said we are owned by two different people. Then said Two notch have roaches and that she could show me on video cam. I said you just said y’all are not owned by the same people and secondly why do you have this alleged video. She took my food back and came with the fries on the right hand side. I said now this is fresh. She said I thought you wanted them hard. I said they are hard and I told her she had a nasty attitude. I waited over 40 mins inside waiting while 7 new customers that placed their order after me received their orders and left. After this wait time I figured I needed to ask was my order started. The cashier got very rude with me and threaten to punch me in the face after I told her she has bad customer service. I explained to her it is her responsibility to communicate with the staff in the kitchen and ensure they have the order which they did not. Somehow they forget about my order and begin to prepare it when I complained.The cashier told another employee I wanted a refund. I told her I did not ask for a refund but I asked how much longer it would be because I can go get my child and come back. As the cashier attitude escalated I then agreed to take a refund. Read moreWorst experience ever!! I placed a Togo order online (also paid online) and went to pick it up but the door was locked. However they weren’t supposed to close until another 20mins. The young guy that was working the cash register locked the door when he seen my car pull up then he proceeded to Ignore me and my friend at the door. I kept trying to let him know I had a paid order but he continued to clean the lobby and ignore us. He eventually opened the door and I explained to him how I paid for my order online and I would like to speak to the manager and get a refund because I lost my appetite after the horrible customer service. The “manager” looked at me like he didn’t care or understand why I was upset but told me “you need to contact doordash for the refund” so doordash did refund me after giving me a hard time as well but I’ll never recommend this restaurant to anyone they do not care about...
