Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

I discovered that my order was incorrect and missing items when I got to my car. While mistakes happen, what really got to me was the accusation of dishonesty. The staff accused me of lying and attempting to steal food, insisting they had packed everything. This was a real insult to my character.

I was asked to bring the food back in, so I had to go back to my car and grab everything. Once inside, the staff went through my entire order, examining it in detail. Eventually, they found that my side of Cheddar Bites was missing and had the kitchen prepare it. Throughout this process, the staff's attitude was less than pleasant, almost as if they believed I was trying to con them.

Despite trying to maintain my composure, I must admit I was tempted to lose my temper in the restaurant like never before. Then, to add insult to injury, when I asked for the sauces that were missing from the original order, I was told, "Sir, extra sauces will be an additional charge." I had to explain that I never received the sauces in the first place, yet was treated as if I were a liar and a thief.

I'm still in shock over the entire incident. It's safe to say that this establishment does not represent the Zaxby's franchise well, and the experience was thoroughly embarrassing and...

I must say this is the first time I ever been to zaxbys and feel like I have been in a class where I was the smarted to person because first we ordered our meals and ordered 10 extra zax sauces with our meals we get to the window and we got the 10 extra zax sauces that we paid 2.50 for but where was the original zax sauces we was supposed to get so we told the girl at the window that there is no zax sauces in the bag or in the trays so she closes the window and got someone else to come to the window and we told them the same thing so she didn’t understand so she went and got the manager and he didn’t understand as well that we paid for extra sauce but we never got the original sauces and then in the mist of al this we pull off and if it wasn’t for the passenger in the back seat we remembered they didn’t give us our drinks so we had to go back to zaxbys again because they didn’t give us our drinks and this was the worst experience I ever had with a management team or crew from zaxbys and then not to mention they started to catch attitudes with us like we did something to them I just don’t understand where the common sense was in this situation but...

Hey so today’s Veterans Day and so I went to Zaxby’s on north road to claim the meal they give us vets as I was told and verified online upon arriving there I realized I left my wallet at my job site due to the manner of how we have to scan out via id. With just 30 mins allowed I kindly asked a employee if I could use a picture of me several I had on my phone alone with a pic of my dd214 and pointed out my USMC tat on my left arm forarm area she said she would ask manager mr willie. As I saw the conversation going do I saw he said no I politely said sir I don’t believe I would have a tat or fake dd214 on phone just to get a free sandwich not to mention next door where I work Applebee’s given a free meal steak and such that I just personally didn’t want to have that heavy of a meal. He said no I could lie and he need if card. I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ I guess rules are rules just the manner of how he handled it by yelling this to me from the kitchen and not given any consideration of the matter.
