I didn’t hear her when she said she needed a second at the greeting and was confused. after waiting for 5 mins I said “hey, we’re ready whenever you are” finally she told us she was by herself. I saw a review on yelp from 11 days ago that says the same thing, which is ridiculous!!! Hayle F wasn’t entirely friendly, but whatever its fast food— I don’t mind at all and I’ve been there. bf got a 5 tender plate how it comes. I asked for ranch with my zax snack and he wanted one extra Zax sauce. my boyfriend always gets milkshakes ontop of sodas, so he ordered a birthday cake milkshake and she literally said “okay its gonna take me a minute since its handmade”… girl what. also she made it and had us wait at the order till and then told us to pull around? she has no idea how to manage a drive-thru and its obvious from pervious reviews. its raining so after we paid and got our food, we noticed his plate came with double fries (we never asked for that) and also she gave us 3 zax sauces so I sent my bf inside. she said she gave us 3 ranches???? I hate zax sauce and I took this pic bf my bf went in… do u see a ranch? and also she said he ordered extra fries and he can’t have extra fries AND a coleslaw????? shes lucky I stayed in the car because he would not have paid for the ranch and coleslaw. he may be too kind, but I am not. also we noticed when he came back he got 4 tenders not the 5 that we were charged for… I assume since shes running around shes messing up orders on the POS trying to do them from memory. whoever is managing this place is frugal and unkind— purposefully cutting costs and corners. if you’re understaffed you come help your people. if its a consistent problem hire more people. one person managing drive-thru and the front isn’t acceptable at literally 12pm— raining or not. there used to be 3 people running the front at this location. its not Hayle’s fault shes messing up this bad, its down to management. her attitude isn’t even all her fault either bc the people running this place are putting her in a bad position and obviously not teaching her how/helping/allowing her to do her job properly. Read moreThis was my 1st visit at this location and I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! Once I got home, I had a few things 2tend 2b4 I got the chance 2even look at my food, let alone eat any of it. When I finally was able 2sit down 2eat I realized it was almost 11pm &I was HUNGRY! I had ordered the nibbler meal without the sauce. So it should've been just the bread and the chicken. Simple, easy. Not only did the lady repeat it back 2me twice at the drive thru order menu but again at the pick up window b4 asking me to pull up&wait. When I called to explain an older gentleman answered said he was sorry and they were closed. How hard would it have been 2throw a couple of strips into the fryer for the all of 5min it takes to cook them&put them on a piece of toast? The man was still there and he answered the phone, but no just kept saying they were closed& I could get a new meal the following day when they opened again. Although I'll def go back for my free meal after that I'll never go back to this location again if I even go to any of them only because the other location near me does the exact same thing no matter what I order. Read moreSo pissed off right now. Zaxbys for real lost my business. Got there at 940. Ordered some boneless wings and cheese curds. Waited in that damn line for 20 minutes and get up to window and they say oh don't be mad we are out of boneless wings. The first thing I say is been waiting in this line for 20 fing minutes. You could have at least come out and told me so I could leave. They are a chicken place. You weren't out of wings your cook or whoever was too damn lazy to fix anymore bc it was close to closing. But it wasn't like I pulled in 5 minutes before you closed and it takes 7 minutes to drop some more boneless wings. I get it I promise you I do bc I am a manager at a restaurant but I can tell you this if a customer ordered something and we were out of that I wouldn't have them sitting there for 20 minutes before I came out and said sorry guys we don't have " what you ordered"!
