I want to start this review by stating the manager Matt should in no way shape or form be managing anything. I have never seen a manager throw his own employees under the bus, when you’re a manager everything is your responsibility. Not a server or cook.
First thing wrong with the visit the pickles were undercooked. Had to send them back, the fact they even made it to the table boggles my mind. The breading was white not cooked. Straight raw.
Then the food comes out, my kid asked for mild she got hot, and it made her eyes water and ruined her appetite. Then I got my food, besides the fries being ice cold the burger was covered in grease and was literally dripping with water and grease not to mention the presentation was awful.
While myself and kids are eating our entrees my wife still has not received her salad. She then gets her burger (same as mine, mushroom Swiss) and salad at the same time. The salad was literally dripping with water. It was like a salad water soup.
To make things right they brought me out new hot fries for my meal which were even cooler than the first ones.
At this point I asked for a manager, while i was explaining to him the problems he looked like a deer in headlights and then when he did finally respond his answer about the fries was that he cooked them himself. Pretty much insinuating I’m lying. Not only this but when I was explaining what else was wrong he stated the blame for my other issue was the servers fault. Are you kidding me? I could never imagine throwing one of my own employees under the bus.
No discounts for the inconvenience none zero… when I asked him about this he flat out stated he’s not taking anything off, he said because he took off the burgers that were not eaten anyhow that I’m not entitled to anymore discounts…… it’s was inconvenience after inconvenience, this guy could not swallow his ego long enough to help a customer who had a very bad experience leave somewhat content, because of his unwillingness to do the right thing I felt the need to leave this review. Read moreI love the food at BWW, however this particular location is terrible. Today I ordered on the website for pickup at 4pm. I get there at 4:10pm and it's still not done so I have to wait even though it should have been done ages ago. When I get home, I discover the wings hardly have any sauce on them when I specifically asked for extra sauce and the girl checking me out even said they had extra sauce on them. I paid for 2 extra sides of blue cheese and only got 1. About the only thing good with them is they were crispy and the carrots and celery portion was generous. Every time, I sit down to eat here, the service is slow and sometimes I even have to get up and refill my own drink because I get tired of waiting for the server to come back. Unfortunately, this is the only location near me so I just deal with it, however since half price Tuesday went away I hardly come here anymore.
EDIT: I came by on a Tuesday since they have BOGO again during the COVID-19 crisis. A lady checked me in since the dining room was closed. I ordered online and it said ready to pickup at 5:50pm. I waited for 30 minutes while seeing other cars come after me and leave before me. Not once, did she ever come back to me to let me know what's going on with my food so I took off at 6:20pm. I cancelled my order hours later because I tried calling several times while waiting there and they either didn't answer or it was busy.
Terrible experience with this restaurant once again. Down from 2 stars...
Read moreWe went to watch the soccer game and our waitress was so rude that it pretty much ruined our experience there. We were so excited because we have been working so much and haven't been out to eat and do something fun for a while and from the jump she looked annoyed to be helping us. I can get having a bad day, and ive been a waitress for a 25 table restaurant/ host/ bartender at a full bar and worked alone during my shift doing all 3 positions at once... I get it can be stressful. But there were at least 5 people on the floor with her and it wasn't even that busy! Not to mention- they have food runners.... she doesn't even RUN the food. All she did was take the orders and get us drinks and napkins. She acted as it is asking for napkins was a surprise and she looked at us like we stopped her on the street instead of asking her to do her job. Instead of watching most of the game, we were put off by her cold deminor as she interacted, how she tossed a drink menu on our table without even looking at us when we asked for one, her rolling her eyes or looking at us like idiots when we wanted to order more food, and how, instead of bringing like 10 napkins, she brought 40.. some what passive aggressive especially since we are two people. We love interacting with great waitors and waitresses and usually always tip 20-30 percent. The only time that she was nice was when she gave us the bill...
