I wanted to get my kiddos a quick after school snack, so I decided to use a coupon I was given for a free zappetizer. I went to the drive thru (not to long of a wait for 2 cars in front of me) and proceeded to ask them if they would honor my coupon there. The worker informed me (kindly, I might add) that they do not accept coupons at the drive thru and I would have to come inside. I actually asked her if she was joking because honestly I didn’t know how else to respond. She kindly answered she was not and so I said thank you for her politeness and drove away. Here’s my predicament: I had three toddlers and an infant in my car with me. I was not about to unstrap them all in the rain, drag them all in to order, try to keep them from bouncing off the walls for ten minutes, just while I waited for a simple order of fried white cheddar bites. I was VERY disappointed that they have a drive thru that actually can’t do what it’s made for, quick convenience. Chick-fil-A would NEVER hesitated to take my coupon at the window, and would even offer extra friendly service to a tired Mom just looking for a little convenience out of her super long and busy day. I’m honestly not sure how hard it is to take a coupon from someone through a window and type it into a register that is exactly the same as the one inside at the front counter, but apparently extremely difficult for Zaxby’s. I do think the worker was kind about it all, so this is not a major reflection on this location in particular, but the company itself for not doing something that just seems totally doable. The little things to your company might be huge things to the customers... just food for...
Read moreI called in this order and told him that I was coming from about half an hour away and she said OK not a worry I’ll let it let the kitchen know. When I got there the drive-through window line was long and I didn’t want to wait and it cost of gas is a lot so I went into the store it was about 925 at night They asked for my name and they said we haven’t started your order we wanted to make sure it was nice and hot when you got it that impressed me so much I said great not a problem paid for my order literally within less than 10 minutes my order was ready and hot and perfect I would’ve waited that long in any other drive-through just to put my order in
The cleanest place I have EVER been. Not a speck of dust or dirt or grease or grime or fingerprints or anything. every counter was shining there wasn’t any dust on the fans even no spiderwebs!! Each shift dusts the entire store. everything was sparkly as as if the restaurant was brand new grand opening it was so clean I couldn’t believe it. staff was running like a greased machine Everybody knew what they were doing nobody was sitting around talking…the staff was friendly and they were joking and they were laughing and they were having a great time but they were working. the managers they weren’t yelling they weren’t telling people what to do because everybody knew what to do. it was amazing I’ve never seen anything like this since I was a kid. you want your food done right you come here you want friendly service you come here best restaurant ever best experience ever my...
Read moreHonestly, this place deserves zero stars. But since google is making me add one, that’s the only reason it got it. There are multiple facets to this review so just hold on. I’ve been sitting on this for a while but I have to get it off my chest.
First, the food I received was completely inedible. It was barely cooked.. have you ever had raw French fries?! The wings they gave me were way past their fresh time limit and didn’t even give me the toast or the extra sauce I paid for. Then tried to gas light me about it.
Next, the staff. Some of these people at this location are so incredibly racist. I’m not prude or anything but like YOU ARE AT WORK! I did see one girl working hard, so that was nice to see someone in there caring about appearances. It did however break my heart when I had to witness her cleaning up human fecal matter off the dining room floor at 7:30 at night. She was clearly an underage girl, likely her first job and they are definitely putting her through it.
Finally, I spoke with the manager. This man, if you can even call him that is a joke to this entire establishment. If the other portions of my review didn’t drive you away, he certainly will. This small man is so arrogant, like sir it’s not that serious. You are not the president, you are not the owner.
If I could recommend one thing to get at this location, it’s back into your car and to go...
