Graziano's Pizza — Restaurant in South Charleston

I took several fsmily members to dine out after a swim meet on July 23. We arrived at 8 pm snd placed five orders . Two ppl got their orders quickly but three didn’t arrive . I asked after half an hour or so and one more order arrived soon after . My four year old grandsons cheese pizza was brought out after forty minutes . My order never arrived. I went to register to ask about it and was told everything’s fine and it should be out any time . I wasn’t offered a salad or breadsticks or anything to nibble on . After waiting even longer I finally asked for mgr and spoke with Phillip. He told me that a worker dropped my order of penne and that they were remaking it. . By now the other four ppl with me were long finished and just politely waiting. A server asked me after I spoke to Phillip to take three boxes to my table to save him a trip over . I wasn’t offered an appetizer or to comp my meal after an hour of waiting. I was offered absolutely nothing and wasn’t informed of the incident .I ve eaten there for years and thankfully never experienced...

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a pepperoni roll online. The only option to add sauce said "sauce on top" so I put in the notes "sauce on the side please". I get back to work to find the pepperoni roll swimming in sauce. The bread was super soggy. After I managed to get the lid off, sauce got everywhere, even on my white shirt. I still attempted to eat it but could not stomach the soggy bread. I threw it away and went to call them. They offered me to bring the food back for a replacement. I explained to him I was at work and did not have time to go back down there. I asked for a refund but he told me he could not refund the food unless I brought it back. I told him it was a complete mess and I had already thrown it in the trash. He said next time I call to ask for him. I don't eat bread that often, so this wouldn't work for me. Told him no, that was ok but I would not be ordering from there again. His response was the rudest! He replied with "OK GREAT" and hangs up the phone. They will never get my money ever...

I placed an order for pick up. I go to pick up the order, just to be told the worker accidentally placed order wrong, so now I am sitting outside waiting another 30 minutes, with 2 babies in the car, pregnant at high risk. Such a small mistake caused a huge inconvenience. Ps I don’t live close, so it wasn’t like I could go home and come back. Well, I get the pizza within 15, 20 minutes.. as I was on my way home, I opened the pizza, and guess what, they give me a rebaked pizza NOT FRESH! I’m from jersey and I was raised around REAL Italians who make pizza, I can tell when a pizza is re baked to be warmed up..

UPDATE: Grazianos replaced pizza with fresh one next day. Only reason why I am keeping my complaint is because they had a chance to fix their mistake and did not execute. The replacement pizza was very fresh, significantly different. I can also say, even though I have complained, Chelsea the cashier, not only took accountability for the mistake and apologized on behalf of Grazianos, But she had also still served with a...
