The food is good but the service has gone down. Employees need training on professionalism, appearance, and safe food practices.
Updated: This place has gotten worse since my original review last year. My last ecosystem put the nail in the coffin, and I will never go back here. I placed my order in the mobile app. First, it was not ready when I arrived as it said in the app. I got home, and one of the pizzas was wrong. I called back to tell them, the guy who answered said to bring them both back. When I got there, the lady at the counter said for me to keep the one that was right. I told her the guy said to bring them both back, so I've would have 2 fresh, hot pizzas. They got into an argument about it and other orders that apparently were wrong that evening. While waiting, the lady started speaking rude to the owner, who said he just took over a few days prior. He asked what I was waiting for because he saw i had been there for a long time. I told him the story, and by now, I'm upset, inconvenienced, and he said, "Can I make it right by giving you some free sauce?" Mind you, I didn't order anything for sauce. I told him he could give me my money back. He then offered crazy bread. He insisted that he wanted to make it right and asked what would make me happy. I repeated that he should refund my money for the inconvenience. After he said again, he couldn't give me my money, I let him know I would give him a bad review. I'd give them no stars if that...
Read moreIf I can give this place 0 stars I would. I did two different orders and when I arrived they only had one order ready. The lady said they only have one order that showed up in there system. I politely showed her my receipt of both orders and the money coming out of my account. She goes ahead and said she still can't make the pizza after I showed her proof of the order. So I said so you expect me to walk out with no pizza after I showed you my receipt. She said you could of screenshot it. I literally showed her the steps of me finding my receipt through my email and showed her my banking account. It still wasn't good enough. So I asked her for my money back and she said she can't do a refund. So they just out here stealing money. So I asked for a manager she said she is the manager so I ask for an high authority that is higher than her. So she called another manager named Alvin. We updated him on the situation that is taking place. His response was technology don't make mistake but I believe you, how contradicting was that! So if you believe me why my order is not being made 🤔. By the way technology have glitches all the time. I see customer service doesn't matter anymore. So I just asked for my money back. Now I have to wait until Alvin gets in the store so he can refund my money. Let's see if he is an man of his word. Please save your time supporting this Little Ceasars, they been unprofessional since the time...
Read moreNothing to do with the pizza and everything to do with customer service and just basic politeness. Went in today to get our pizzas with my wife and the guy at the register just had a horrible demeanor. Felt like I was in a stereotypical NY deli in the Bronx where the guy asks what you want and only speaks in one word answers. There was no "please," "thank you" or a "you're welcome" response. Very short with customers. Didn't seem happy to be there. I mentioned to my wife that I wondered if the manager knew how his employees acted. My wife says "He is the manager."🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ She remembers him from her last bad customer service experience there..I continue to observe and noticed whenever anyone ordered pepperoni pizza he'd yell to the back "Hella pepps!" As in hella pepperonis. 😒 Customer after customer. Then I watched him talk to an employee in an unprofessional way for a register mistake in front of customers... It was just bad all around. The food was fine, but it's hard to imagine the employees would have been any more Professional. Usually starts at the top with culture.
Hella pepps!...
