Subway — Restaurant in South Euclid

Just left Subway and I had to leave a review. I've been going to this location for several years. There's a young man and lady who I like to see when I walk in because I know when they're working the sandwiches are going to be nice, neatly made and taste great. I personally like that they pride themselves on making the sandwiches nice & neat. Actually, most of the people who I've seen working are like that, but these two stick out specifically for me. If you want a great sandwich, great service, clean restaurant, go to this location. Leave a nice tip, too. I haven't been in a few months, that said, customer service was on 10, sandwiches nice, neat, abd tasty, and the place was clean. Wow, just wow. Usually the staff in here are super friendly and helpful, but this time that wasn’t the case. I went in and first he wouldn’t accept my coupon I was okay with that ; every business has their policy’s. But when the man with the Afro walked away to help a customer on the phone things took a turn for the worst. The man who walked in after me, was suddenly getting his order filled by the female worker while I stood there with my order half done and ignored since the Afro man was on the phone. I was standing there as the girl helped him and then she finally came to me. Helping an in person customer should be important to a business and should come before phone orders. What a shameful employee that DOES NOT...

ugh the staff is super super nice and i really love the way they that they pack up the food. the only thing i had an issue was how they were cross contaminating my orders. like i got stuff vegetarian stuff and meat stuff. it would be nice for them to do the vegetarian stuff first then the meat stuff. but they did some of the vegetarian stuff and then the meat stuff and then retouched the vegetarian stuff. you could transfer meat oils onto the vegetarian stuff.. please...
