McDonald's — Restaurant in South Fayette Township

Yes, I wanted to say that when I went to McDonald's today I didn't know what my experience was going to be. But there was a girl there and she greeted us and said are you going to be using the mobile app today and said yes she took o u r order and was very polite and see when we got to the window to pay she said the machine is not printing out the receipts but the receipt that was printed that we got on there. We had a big order and it was a little bit difficult no pickle no mustard hamburger with no pickle and it was a big order. We got pulled up because it was such a big order and it didn't take very long to get our food and when it came out we checked everything before we left and everything was perfect they got all the sandwiches right and everything was just good and everything was hot I don't usually get on here to leave any reviews but I just want to let him know that they did a great job today and I believe the girl's name is Joanie Pearl I think who did the order and I think she did very well and even the people that handed me to the food and...

I miss the days when dealing with this food was convenient and inexpensive but now and seems like fast food is an idea from tgw 50s because it always takes like 10 to 20 minutes to go through drive through also i loved at first when they started breakfast all day but i think there sausage patties are different muffin are never toasted and egg is usually under cooked also the hashbrown as gone up in price but down in flavor..it taste like 2 month old fryer oil and almost always is undercooked makes you wonder why the heck im still sitting in the drive thru..oh and the drive thru is like flipping a coin and in hopes you dont pull to the wrong side because you might just sit there watching as everyone else orders or in another scenario be sitting there wandering if this 24hr fast food restaurant with all that lights on at 830 is still open..true story!! 2 stars for employees -5 stars for...

As a McDonald's crew trainer, this is the worst McDonald's experience I have personally experienced. We came in around 6:30 and were served by a very rude manager, after waiting 15 minutes to actually order (no line in front of us) once she actually bothered to take our order, a hash brown, a burrito, and a large vanilla latte, we waited another 10 minutes to get it, with the latte actually taking around 15. What we found is that despite the fact that the McDonald's had just opened, the burrito tasted very old and unheated. Our latte also came with no vanilla flavoring. When we went to actually get vanilla in our latte, the manager snarled before giving us a single pump of vanilla. We ended up just tossing the latte and leaving.
