MilkShake Factory South Fayette — Restaurant in South Fayette Township

Hey Queens!! The service was awesome my milkshake was delicious but I couldn’t help but be disturbed while I was trying to order by this lady taking pictures of the staff and reacting in appropriately towards the staff for her son falling. I was there to see everything. Yeah the floors were wet, but they were about to close, maybe you should address the bigger problem your son running in stores. Yeah you read that right. He walked in and SPRINTED to the bathroom. I know he is a kid hut he could have fallen either way. I am sure Milkshake Factory will accommodate and using the wet floor sign earlier for Karens like you. But your reaction was SO unnecessary and in appropriate towards the staff. I mean no harm regarding you I just wanted to make others reading these reviews know the truth. I hope your son is okay, and have a great day....

The floor was wet and my son fell upon entering the store. I brought it up the employees and the manager on duty Emma was very rude. She said it’s 10 min before closing of course the floor is wet. I told her as a safety regardless what time of day it is you should have a caution sign and she continued to argue that they always mop before closing and that is was 10 min before closing. When asked for the owners name she told me to just call the store in the morning. I told her I needed a name and she provided me a name but told me to Google the number when I asked her for it. Very unprofessional!

update sent an email with no response as of yet. Called the store 8/8 to speak to someone and a guy answered said he was the manager in duty but refused to give his name and...

My sister and I visited this location last week and were impressed with store cleanliness, food quality & the staff working. We mistakenly thought the store was open an hour later than it was - as we thought we were entering the store a hour and 15 minutes prior to close, we were actually entering 15 minutes before the store closed. After reading the hours on the door and seeing the team cleaning up after a long day, we asked if it was okay that we got 3 items Togo. Olivia, Ben & Vic were extremely welcoming to us and accommodating regardless of having everything clean and ready to close. We appreciated their excellent customer service and the quality of food as well. Strongly recommend this location...
