Wendy's — Restaurant in South Gate

Today I went to the new Wendys located at Curacao shoping center. it was once again a second bad experience. The second time I went through the drive tru ... I asked the young man if a may have sides of extra mayonnaise and mustard, he replied: everything goes in the bag sr, I went home confident and there was no even ketchup.

I went back and asked him for mustard and mayonnaise ... he returned the bag to me again and told me again; Now everything is in the bag and I believed him.

I returned to my house and again, I can not find the mayonnaise or the mustard in the bag. The 3rd times he lied to me ...

Go back to Wendys 2 miles away... and I asked the young man to please put mayonnaise and extra mustard in the bag. And he replied: The sandwiches already have that. Amazing. I told him that mayonnaise and mustard are for fried fries... and I said forget it. I asked the employee closest to him to give me mustard and mayonnaise and without saying a word he solved problem. What do you think everyone deserves a job...you gave to start in something bad for Wendy's. Best burger ever

I am/was so ok having a Wendy's choose by... before a had to drives 5 miles get a Wendy's... now it is pretty much nest door. Wendy's is the best burger.so...

I worked here for less than a week I admit that I messed up like twice but there is a such thing as a write up but no the management is sooooo unprofessional what I got was a whole rant through text message the whole deal was I got a flat on my tire like other priorities come unexpected sometimes at times that are unfortunate I never really understood what they wanted I would always ask if the customers wanted sauces and then got told to not ask because they care more about the timer in drive thru honestly that’s bad and when I called about my check after I quit working there I’m not sure if the manager laughed at me or something else then told me that I never sent the bank info then tried to confuse me when clearly I sent it to them through text and then responded with (thank you) but not to mention clicked on me mid conversation how professional I have no words I went through other reviews and saw another one of her being unprofessional...

Today 6/10/21 around 12:40ish PM I went through Drive threw and ordered my daughter her chicken nugget meal when I realized I didn’t have my Wallet & although I have an iPhone I don’t trust Apple Pay . So I notified the first window I didn’t have my wallet and that I’d come back but when passing to the second window ( where you get your order ) someone stoped me and said it was okay & gave me my order !! 🥺 THANK YOU to that cashier//manager . She didn’t have to but she did . It’s not for the free meal it’s of her act of kindness , b/c i was running errands with my babies & for mother’s running errands alone know that we rush to get stuff done that things like forgetting your wallet happens , . Wish I would’ve gotten her name . Hope she gets to read this too ....
