Itās very upsetting to go to a place of business who shows zero compassion for their jobs and zero accountability for when they make a mistake. Anytime Iāve come to this location, itās always a fail on the teams end. My orders are always incorrect. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and understand weāre only human and make mistakes from time to time. I came into drive thru today 6/12/22 around 1:45 the line was pretty long(as it always is the times Iāve come) I placed my order.. repeating myself four different times and Gabriella the order taker continued to cut me off each time and say is that it.. is that it. I get to window to pay for my order and Gabriella again was rushing me to pay for my order. I asked if I could add something to my order and she rolled her eyes about that. I pay for my food. Drive 30 mins out of my way to get to my destination to realize yet again theyāve messed up my order giving me the wrong food. I call the store and ask if I could please speak to a supervisor/manager. (A team member answered the phone) she was very hesitant to have the manger answer the phone had a bunch of questions regarding the reason of my call. The supervisor gets on the phone I asked what her name was. She refused to give me her name. I explained what happened. She automatically yelled to me saying she cannot give a credit and she canāt give me a refund. Firstly I never asked for a credit or a refund. (Again Iāve said in the beginning, the times Iāve come they always made my orders wrong so Iāve had credits the manager has applied to my phone number because thatās the only thing she could do. Again not my fault I received the wrong order the times Iāve placed an order) I simply wanted my order to be remade so I can eat in peace. The supervisor is getting loud and talking to me very disrespectfully and I ask for her name again she says she isnāt able to give me her name. I then ask for the GM/DM name and number she says she isnāt allowed to give me that either. She says if I have a problem to call the store manager Angel tomorrow and let them know I spoke to a Sunday manager. I continued to tell her I donāt want a credit or a refund. I wanted my food to be remade and she hung up in my face. At this point I will never ever go to this location and I will be contacting corporate and the GM/DM first thing tomorrow. She continued on saying what else? We asked her again if the tuna had anything in it? She said no just cucumber. So we ordered it and also ordered a giant 23 I believe. Not sure but our total was 48.28 pretty pricey⦠we pull up to the window and we see them making our sandwiches they are slow. We waited a few mins prob 5-10 mins. We got our sandwiches pulled over to eat in the parking lot. I go to open my sandwich (#3 tuna) I see thereās a lot of cilantro ! EW! YUCK! I took one bit and didnāt like it at all! My bf says go ask them for another sandwich, I refused because the service we received. I asked the lady if there was ANYTHING in the tuna she said no! Disgusting sandwich DO NOT GET THEIR TUNA! So lucky me thereās chipotle I only spent 12-13 dollars on my bowl with chips. They were so kind and fast paced. It really hit the spot, this was my first time trying chipotle I been seeing everyone rave about it but never gave them a chance because of their meat issues in the past. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time experience and it wasn't a good one. Went there and ordered a sandwich and when I got to the window, I seen a young girl making my sandwich. I watched as she prepared it, except she stopped the process to go check something on the register. Mind you the girl who works the window had stepped away for a moment, but she normally handles alot of money and bank cards from people so germs are all over the buttons of the register and with Covid still in full force chances aren't what I want. Now back to the girl who was making my sandwich: She stops making my sandwhich, goes over the register and touches a majority of the buttons then goes back and proceeds to finish my sandwich without changing the gloves she now touched all over the register with. I asked her if she could make me another sandwich and I proceeded to explain why. She groaned and had a silent hissy fit. She removed her gloves and then walked toward the back of the store where she was out of site. Maybe to go gets more gloves. By this time I was already disgusted and didn't want any food from there so I asked for my money back. The manager gave me a refund but wasn't to happy about it.
