I'm thankful this particular location exists. I've eaten here often for many years. I'm very grateful that it stays open late! The female staff in the evening has always been very friendly to me. I've also been impressed that their restroom has always been kept clean. Similarly, it also seems like their food prep hygiene is a step BETTER than the other Qdobas in the Puget Sound region. Thank you so much for that customer food safety standard, ladies!!!
The only reason for a 3 star "Average" rating is that this is still a fast food chain. The ingredients are pre-made and interchangeable between locations by design. I feel strong loyalty to the Qdoba brand for sentimental reasons and I choose it before other fast food chains, but the fact that the company's loyalty rewards program depends on using an app is strongly displeasing to me. Also, I'm disappointed they've stopped providing the cola "Freestyle" flavor mixing drink machine at this location. I used to love those creative syrup choices. Silly as it might be, that drink machine used to be a highlight for me of eating here.
All of that being said, I DO feel that this is the best Qdoba in the Puget Sound Area! Definitely 4 stars for what this specific location does better than the others, even though I just can't bring myself to rate a nationwide fast food chain more than 3 stars among...
Read moreUPDATE for December 2024: Yikes. Huge drop in quality the last three visits. Dropping to two stars. Last three times here experience is not good. The pulled pork was runny like soup. The rice was clumpy and not fresh. Just very sub par. So we went from my favorite eatery of any fast casual to this. No bueno! Not likely to be coming back until I hear they are getting their act together on the food quality. Disappointed!!! What happened??
ANOTHER UPDATE. Lowered service. Nobody was rude or anything, but one of the pros with Qdoba is value. But when you scoop 1.5 tablespoons of the grilled steak and call it good, you're not a value any more. I'll be back and will adjust rating accordingly. Get it back up or I'm out. ✌️
Very pleasantly surprised by my Qdoba experience. Everything was very good. I no longer have to complain about how terrible Chipotle has become (it has) because I've rediscovered Qdoba.
I don't know if they've changed since I last visited, which admittedly had been years, but this is definitely a step above that other place. More like 3 steps really.
Fresh, tasty, variety, good service, and for what it is these days, a good value.
After being so disappointed in my former fast-casual Mexi establishment, Qdoba filled that void in my belly with...
Read moreMy husband, daughter and I show up to order food. We waited about 10 minutes before someone helped us because the staff was working on to go orders. Fine. Then the employee who helped us was not wearing a mask. I thought that was protocol everywhere...We order our burritos, go through the meat, bean, and rice phase and our food waited on the "belt" for another 10 minutes for someone to help us with the rest. As we waited, someone switched out the queso pans and drops of water from the bottom of the old pan land on my burrito, then as they were finishing up the to go orders, reaching continuously over my burrito to get queso or beans or rice or pass over a bowl, their sleeves brush the top of my burrito. Then this chic sets a queso bowl ON MY BURRITO WHILE SHE WAS FILLING IT with queso!! Even though we had waited all this time to get our food, we were disgusted by this behavior and walked out at that point. That was very unprofessional and gross. I could not believe what I was seeing there. I will never again order for delivery from Qdoba now that I see what's going on with my...
