Read moreI went with my mom yesterday through the drive thru for some food. My mom doesn't know English so she started speaking in Spanish when a male came to the speaker. A few seconds went by we didn't hear anyone anymore. At this point we assumed they went to get someone that could speak Spanish so they could take my mom's order but nobody ever came back. We had been waiting at this point for more than 5 minutes at the speaker & cars were behind us already! We were calling for someone at the speaker and honking and still no one came!!! We pulled up the window were we usually get the food and their were two persons right there! Completely ignoring us!!! After more than 5 minutes they finally opened the window! At this point I went ahead and made the order, which I would've done anyways if they had said they didn't speak Spanish! Finally after making our order the woman that was standing next to the male that had originally spoken at us through the speaker has the nerve to answer in Spanish! "Muevase para enfrente" SERIOUSLY?! Such unprofessional workers those two employees were!!! That teen (male) could've easily said they didn't understand Spanish and I would've made the order! Or that woman that was there as well could've gone and take the order herself since she spoke Spanish!!!!!!! Also, ignoring us for more than 5 minutes when we're clearly seeing them behing the window :( SO UNPROFESSIONAL. GET ANOTHER JOB IF YOURE NOT GOING TO DO WHATS...
I ordered online through the app. The receipt was sent through email as usual from past times. Went to the drive through. They said they didnt see the order. Was told to pull up to the window. They then said they still didnt recieve the order. But yet I was already charged. I told them this. Showed them the only receipt that's sent. The employee then said it wasnt they're problem. They didnt see the order on they're computer. So I was lying apparently. Me and my wife then proceeded to tell them we have the receipt the only receipt that is sent. Which we gotten everytime. And didn't look no different than the others. And was still told it was the app. I then showed them where I was charged through my bank. And still wasnt enough. So at that point i just wanted my money back. Since they didnt want to give me my order. They then said they cant refund my money. Asked to talk the manager. The manager still refused. So I Insisted on a different opinion and asked if i may talk to his superior. They then said they couldn't do that. And then asked me to pull up out of the drive through. But I just wanted his superiors name and number or just speak to him. And they refused. So I refused to move until i recieved a name and number so I can find out how or what I need to do to refund my money. After 10 min. They then called the police. Which we just wanted a reason and to know how to get a refund. Will never go...
Read moreReceived sub-par food and service at this location. And I really like a few items on JITB menu. After seeing past reviews as well, it seems the owner hasn't taken reviews serious. It seems the owner just responds to the reviewer that "You" the customer, should always receive the best food and service. It's a no brainer. It starts at the drive thru and then the food and service you receive at the window. Treat customers with respect and serve good hot quality food. That's it! The Drive-thru started with a prerecorded message asking if you would like to try the special then is interrupted by the real attendant to take your order. She either didn't listen or didn't understand what you were saying. Made me repeat it several times louder and had an additude when asked to repeat the order to make sure she got it right. Then you drive thru a tight squeeze drive thru, that has been the same for like over 20yrs, trying to avoid getting your truck scratched up. Then the window service. You get smaller sized breakfast sandwiches for the price now and they can't even get quality of that out the window. Check out the hash brown I got in my bag. It was so crisp that when I took a bite it literally crumbled into pieces. If you can't do better than that, then maybe you should spend the money to fix and widen the drive-thru. Geez. So past up this location and go to Jack's other place up the street....
