Pizza Patrón Spencer Highway — Restaurant in South Houston

We ordered some pizzas including a Hawaiian. We got a pizza with pineapple, no ham. We called to ask for a refund, they told us that they didnt have ham thats why they didnt put any on it and they would deliver one tomorrow with ham. I was pretty confused because how are you going to charge for a pizza that is supposed to have 2 ingredients and then deliver it with just 1 ingredient and then say they didnt have ham....they didnt call to tell us they didnt have ham. Is it not common sense to call and let the customer know something like this? I told the lady i advised that they should call the customer and let them know there is no ham if that were to occur next time. She kept arguing with me so i felt the need to hang up. They then wanted us to drive over and return the pizza for the refund. I told the lady that was fine....but she was so rude and didnt even apologize they gave the wrong thing. I really dont understand these people's thought process.i will be calling corporate. I still dont understand this...

Parking is very packed, prices are decent and the food was delicious except when I ordered a pepperoni pizza 🍕 I asked for extra cheese and extra pepperoni and the guy said the pizza already came with extra. When we got home the pizza hardly had any cheese nor pepperoni and it was not fresh. I guess since it was late night they didn't want to put in a fresh one that was a disappointment. Other than that friendly staff and the place looked clean. Willing to give it...

Very disappointed I called in my order and they didn't even start making my pizza until I showed up and I called it in 30 minutes beforehand I had to wait which made me late for what I had to take care of. Also if there wasn't a chance of getting in trouble for theft of services I would have walked out and left them standing with a pizza to try to find...
