Ordered online at 8:10pm and recieved a pickup time of 12 minutes. Arrived and paid for my order at 8:22, but was told it would be a couple more minutes. At 8:40 an employee finally appeared and asked if I'd been helped. After finding my order on his screen the employee (not wearing a name tag) said he'd find out how much longer things would be. He never approached me with any follow up. 5 minutes later Ian walked in the door from delivering pizzas. He immediately asked me if I'd been helped. I told him the situation to which he apologized. He found out that my order didn't print properly and had been messed up. He discounted my order 20%. The first employee finally reemerged and when I expressed my frustration about the failed communication, he informed me that they were swimming in messed up orders and extra food. This location doesn't seem to have thing together. Food was pretty decent. Wouldn't go here again without hesitation and doubt.

Made my order online. Once I received the confirmation I saw it was set for carry out. So I called and the guy confirmed that and I switched to delivery. Over an hour later, no pizza. So I called and another worker said it was still set for carry out. So we spoke with the manager, who made the excuse that they have a lot of new people and bla bla bla. If this was the only issue we have had, I wouldn’t write this. But here we are with multiple issues on separate occasions. So I told her I want my money back and she said “Ok”, then hung up on me. I simply wanted confirmation it was cancelled. Train your people better, be a manager and don’t hang up on someone that you’ve clearly messed up their order. I just wanted confirmation I’ll get my money back, because you did not earn it. Worst service, worst pizza, never ordering from here again. No pizza on my porch because they can’t do what they are paid to. Sad and pathetic.

We very much enjoyed the pizza. Ours wasn't greasy as a previous reviewer mentioned, the bottom of the crust could have been crisper for me but that's subjective. This certainly wasn't soggy soft like Pizza Hut. Lots of toppings, crust was crispy outside, soft inside, we got the Roma crust, tasty. Every single time someone walked through the door they said, "welcome to Marcos" even when it was a fellow employee which they all had a good laugh about. The other thing that impressed us was the manager was training while we were there and he spoke with all the employees in a respectful manner even when correcting something. They stand by their product- Promise of Delight, If you're not delighted, tell us. We'll make it right by you. Great customer service, good pizza, nice atmosphere, clean store. We will definitely be back.

Horrible experience. Tried to order twice from Marcos after being regulars for awhile. Last night called tried to order via uberEats and they shut down the app before they closed so could no longer order even when it allowed so. Then called and was informed they do not know how uberEats works on his tablet. Had to call uber eats who then called the restaurant and didn't work. Then tried again today same manager spoke with last night. First after placing my families order via ubereats order goes through successfully and next thing you know I'm getting a call from the same "manager " the night before telling me they ran out of chicken dippers and would suptitute another item after a minute of talking with him. Then our order eta after waiting 40 plus minutes changed to another hour. Then I get another call from the manager telling me they are out of CHEESE! And he would take it upon himself to cancel my order. Even though after he informed they were out of chicken dippers I heard him say so he wouldn't have to cook them..so clearly they have them but didn't want to cook for us and confirmed our cheese bread and pizza were already in process of cooking then we get a call stating they are out of cheese and he cancelled my families order without speaking to me. My three year old has been asking for a two hours now where is our pizza. I would love to speak with the owners of this Marcos establishment and honestly would never recommend this pizza spot to anyone. Horrible service, the worst I have ever experienced in my life with the food industry. Hope Marcos owners make this one right. Do not recommend this place at all. Would have been better off with Little Caesar's. Horrible way the manager spoke to us and handled the situations of two days in a row. Do NOT recommend wasting your time here. No cheese but your a pizza place and already informed me our food was cooking and heard you say so you don't have to cook the chicken dippers lied about being out then stated out of cheese even after confirming that the rest of our order was already being cooked. Everytime we try to order it is at least an hour and half wait for delivery. Why even bother ordering for today? This is NOT a good place to order from. It won't take my address either it doesn't recognize it. Won't be ordering ever again.

08/18/2021 Tried to give them another chance and that was a mistake on hold for almost 5 minutes to be told no delivery for over an hour AGAIN. Then when I asked what the reason was the little bratty girl hung up on me.

DON'T ORDER FROM THE DAYBREAK PLACE THEIR MANAGER IS NON EXISTANT. Marcos needs to investigate.

Well, tried to order again tonigh. I can walk 500 feet and see their building but they cannot find me. I am so very sick of this place and their lack of intelligent help. Maybe Marcos should look at hiring someone that can actually update their maps. We have lived here for 3&1/2 years, but still not able to find me. I am glad I will NEVER give them another chance. I can walk to their building and their help are nothing but a bunch of self important noncustomer assistance bunch of brats and their parents should have spanked their butts a few times. I HATE THIS PLACE AND HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Got a delivery and it was terrible.

Ordered two of the pizzolis (pepperoni/sausage and buffalo chicken). They were very underfilled - no way was were these anywhere near the reported calorie count on the website. They were floppy and the bread had plenty of room to hold more. Also, neither had any sauce. I didn't catch if the pepperoni and sausage was supposed to, but the buffalo chicken literally had no buffalo in it (sauce or flavor).

We also got a pizza bowl with anchovies and I'm pretty sure they put the entire can of anchovies. They skimped on every other ingredient, so it was so salty, it burned our tongues. I gave a bite to my toddler and she ran over and chugged her water. I'm pretty sure they wanted to save money and, since anchovies don't get ordered often, they didn't want a partial can going to waste and replaced other ingredients with the rest of the can.

All in all, it was terrible. The reviews saying they're the best pizza clearly have no clue what they're talking about. I'd rather order from Dominos and that's a pretty low bar. Do yourself a favor and get Curry Pizza instead. Worth the...
