It is no surprise to me that this store has so many poor reviews. I haven't ordered from this store in quite some time because the last time, they took my order and didn't deliver it after they set it for delivery, and 2 hours later we found out that they kept it as takeout. Instead of calling me to ask me where we were on picking it up, they just threw it out instead. We showed up because it was well within within operating hours and we didn't want to wait any longer, but they said they ran out of ingredients and couldn't make any more pizza. Now, I'm running into the same issue where I made an order, they took my money, and the app has it as still making the order. It's now after close and I definitely haven't received my order. I didn't receive any cancellation or call that says that they weren't going to make it or deliver it either. When I called the store, I just had constant hang-ups, and at one point some kid yelled were closed and hung up. It seems like a simple solution by the manager, or somebody, to answer the phone and ask what I'm calling about. But this is not how this store is run. I have to say Pizza Hut ya need to figure something out because this store is a terrible representative. You definitely need some managers better trained because they don't train their employees well enough to clear orders or follow up with customers ever. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. I placed my order at 3:50 pm on the app to have it deliver at my home just in time for the Utah Jazz game at 7:45pm. Once it hit 8:00 pm and no food in sight, I decided to call and reach out to the store for an eta. I was put through an automated message and was placed on a permanent hold. After waiting on hold for 42 minutes I decided to drive over and see what the hold up was. When I arrived at the store it was closed up for the night. That was at 8:47 pm, there website states they are opened till 10:00pm. I did not receive any type of message through the app or via phone call to say there was an issue with the order. I did however receive an email asking me how my order was. To say I am upset is an understatement. I had a house full of guest waiting for food and to come back empty handed. I am a valued customer and to be treated in this matter is unacceptable. My order amount was close to $90.00 including tip. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow to voice my complaints and request a full refund. I fully understand that places are short staffed and are having to close up early. But to acknowledged an order made in the early afternoon for the evening to not fulfill the order is completely unacceptable. I will not be taking my future business to any Pizza Hut location after this poor experience.

I went in here just now to order bread sticks and fries.
Menu Price: Bread Sticks = 5.99 Fries = 2.99 Extra ranch = 1.50 ExtraMarinara = 1.50 Taxes 8% Total should have come to ~-13$ What I was charged = 15.83$
However when I saw the order, the old white lady who took the order IN STORE, charged me double for bread sticks. When I asked why I am charged double then she said “oh I forgot” and hurriedly made another extra order of bread sticks and said she cant give back the money.
I asked if she wouldnt know its a double Order to which she said ahe wouldnt. I then enquired with an you ger male employee and he said when they enter the order they will know.
So I questioned the lady again and she hurriedly proceeded to return me 6$ for the extra one she charged me.
Then when I took my fries order I found that there were only few fries. Last week when I ordered the size (potion) was significant. She said that is the size.
That lady was trying to cheat me by: Charging me extra for an order i didnot place. Trying to steal from my order both for extra bread sticks and also fries. She did not charge me for the extra ranch and marinara which means she steals money from both customer and pizza hut !!
