Burger King — Restaurant in South Jordan

Wasn't to satisfied this last visit. I ordered the sourdough mushrooms and swiss melt with extra cheese, mushrooms, and onions. I received a mushrooms and swiss with no swiss on it. It was just their regular cheese. And then it had literally one mushroom on the thing with a little bit of the sauce. Then, no onions. I immediately returned to the restaurant to address the issue , and i was told they were out of swiss cheese. I wasn't even offered anything else. Im not sure if it was a manager i spoke to or not, but he was in charge when i visited. Definitely wasn't very friendly and did not meet my basic expectations for at least getting what i ordered or told they are out of an item i am ordering instead of replacing it with something different without even saying anything. If i had waited until i got home to find out, it wasn't right it wouldnt even be worth it to drive all the way back to get the correct item. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I have gotten home to find out something wasn't right. That's why i checked my order before leaving. I realize people make mistakes. But after this last time. Im done. I will drive out of my way to go to a different BK if i want anything. Definitely can't recommend going to the location that is...

Franchise owner might want to check on this location! I come here often, simply because of proximity. It is always amusing to watch the craziness that happens at this location, but today took the cake! So many problems: *Girl in back look like she had just rolled out of bed.. her hair was a big fluffy mess! Definitely could have used a hairnet. *Another girl was painfully slow. The poor manager had to remake several of her fries because she never filled them up properly. That poor guy was running around trying to take counter orders, drive through orders, AND fix this girl's mistakes! She was CONSTANTLY in the way. The lady making sandwiches actually came to the front to help fill orders because this girl would just stand there unless specifically asked to fill fries or drinks. She may have been better suited to wipe tables in the lobby because she was definitely a detriment to those who were trying to fill orders. *There were other problems, like the time it took to receive our order (the guy in front of us only ordered a kid's meal and it took 22 minutes! so my 15 min wait was not too bad, I guess), my order being incorrect, etc. But I chalk that up to the incompetence of a couple of people who had to have someone else basically do or redo their...
