Filippou's Twisted Pizza — Restaurant in South Kingstown

I’m not sure where to begin truly, I’d recommend anyone coming here to check you pizzas before leaving the store…more times than not it will not be what you ordered. The most recent time I went I had two pizzas one greek with olives and one pepperoni, the greek came without olives and when we asked for olives on it, we were given a greek with olives on half??? And the original greek with no olives… no pepperoni. This is not the first time this location has done things like this, and it’s disappointing as every other location i have been. Eg, exeter, fillipos in nk etc have been great. Im not sure if this location is just mismanaged or if they are having staffing issues but they cannot find quality work to save their lives. Also if your hostess cant even form a coherent sentence and has to get someone else to talk to guests , maybe they shouldnt be in that position, or maybe not even hired to begin with. Not sure what they are smoking at this location but its pitiful that it shares a name with other pizza joints that outshine this place...

I ordered on the phone for delivery. The girl who answered the phone wasn't super friendly but she was probably very busy and tired as I called around 7pm after dinner rush... She wasn't mean or rude... Just couldn't hear the cheery customer service tone as you'd expect.. bit she was precise and got my order correct.

Delivery was fast and still smoking hot when it got here. I had to let it cool a bit before I could eat. The woman dropping it off came all the way up to my room I stead of having the front desk call me down which was surprised and happy about and she was super friendly

And the food... I ordered a meatball sub and buffalo wings. The meatball sub to me was the best iv ever had... At least that I can remember... And the wings were meaty and flavorfull. All and all made my hard exhausting day feel worth it . I will order from again the next time I am in town...

I ordered one large pizza for delivery at 6:30 pm. I am now just receiving an ice cold pizza at 8:40 pm. After receiving a pizza that wasn't ours, I called and was assured we would receive our correct pizza in 1/2 hour. 50 mins later I called to check and was told it was on the way. 15 mins later I called again and was told it had just come out of the oven. 20 mins later we received an ice cold pizza. It clearly had not just come out of the oven. This is unacceptable.

Editing my review: while eating the cold pizza, I found a hair in my pizza. Yuck.

I started reading reviews. On all negative reviews, someone replies and says "thank you for the feedback". Sorry, that doesn't cut it. Do better. Train your staff better. Tell them not to lie to customers and to wear hair nets in the kitchen. When you're paying $34 for one pizza, you deserve more....MUCH more. I'll never order...
