Normally i would let things slide, but I just got off a 24 hr shift as an EMT and I'm really tired of this. Upon arrival everything's fine, I go up to the front and start my order. This is all find and dandy until I mention I have numbers as I have been a partner at Starbucks for almost 4 years now! They ask where I work and I appreciate the smalltalk as I had a rough shift and a little kindness goes a long way. This is until I mention that I work ina different albeit close by state. They ask whereabouts in the state and I am more specific. They seemed confused so I mentioned that I am here for college. They then ask if I am still working, I say yes but I am taking a little break. Upon hearing this the partner who had walked up while I was giving my order very rudely stated that I should not be using my numbers and that they should have been deactivated and to never use them again. HOWEVER they neglected to ask me if I would be going back or ask for more information! If they had they would've found out that while I am taking a SHORT break (a week and a half) I am still going to be working weekends at my store. This is not what Starbucks stands for as a partner centered company, and additionally, just come on man we're all trying to make coffee here and get those drive numbers down. Very not cool. Also maybe don't call people hun in a condescending manner. Made a good latte though,...
Read moreHad a very similar experience to Syd and Danielle. My daughter, she’s 18, and I went inside and we were ordering separately, but were standing together and the same girl Gretchen screamed at us to social distance even after we told her we were family, but needed to place separate orders/paying separately. Later on as I waited for my order she yelled at the young man be hind me to “Please social distance! And step back.” She was absolutely rude and marched around the store like she was so more important then her coworkers and the customers. I will NOT be stepping back in that store ever again. We all get the importance of social distancing, but this girl is such a Karen. The other employees seemed either of the same mindset or just miserable working there. Horrible service and totally...
Read moreI am an avid Starbucks drinker and have had plenty of Starbucks experiences and this was by far the worst. My whole order was wrong and this one worker named Gretchen was SO rude. She consistently yelled at every customer walking in for not standing on dots and following arrows (when customers were and she could have addressed everyone in a much nicer way) Gretchen also yelled at all the employees working and making the drinks when she was just standing at the Mobil order table. When customers even walked in to simply pick up a Mobil order they still got screamed at by Gretchen to wait to come in even though there were only like 4 people in the store. Seriously do not go to this Starbucks if you don’t want your order to be completely wrong or if you don’t want to be screamed at...
