I LOVE taco bell. But for how much this location gets my order wrong, I have no words. Today is a great example. Went in, there were only 2 other people in there and one was already eating his food, so that leaves one ahead of me. She got her food and left. Leaving just my order to be made. I got the dipping taco, 3 crunchy taco combo, and chips and cheese. I look in my bag and the whole thing of chips is missing and when I tell them they give me my chips. Now that I'm home eating my food, I realized that they gave me the wrong sauces that I don't want and can't enjoy my dipping taco because I have nothing to dip it into. Read moreIts as good as Taco Bell gets. Take that for what it's worth. I usually give people faith by telling them that the only fast food places in Tahoe that have somehow managed to reatain 95% or more of their staff are the two Taco Bell locations.
I have Doordashed in this town for years and I would say over a quarter of my 4000+ deliveries have been from Taco Bell. I never have to worry about anything with either location. Their managers are there when it's busy, the entire staff has smiles and works fast, and the orders come out perfectly. If it doesn't, tell someone and they will remake it. These types of places care more about a customer's review (wink wink) than the cost of the food...

Imagine my surprise when I arrive and they are closed I went up to the door and the guy told me that they didn't open till 12. I told him that is not what it says online. He rudely told me sorry about that and shut the door in my face. I waited around till they opened because I wanted Taco Bell but I did not have a good experience with that guy. Needless to say I probably will not be going there anytime soon.
